Excellent services. Nearby the airport. Breakfast buffet was awesome. They even packed me some breakfast 😃 Will definitely be there again.

It’s an alright experience as the service standards gone to zero and there’s no welcome amenities for the higher tier of the membership, no acknowledgment for the loyal guests and no poor service standards.

This is not the first time I'm staying at holiday inn express, but this at kolkata was not at all comfortable and they don't even provide basic toiletries that are provided at local hotels. We need to ask for everything. Reception part is the worst among my stay. No proper reception ***agement. They keep us wait and wait. Each and everything we need to ask again and again. Complimentary food is good as usual and rooms are clean and tidy. Apart from that everything was not comfortable.
