We have arranged our 8th Management Meeting at Astor on May, 2024. The ambiance, service and behaviour of staff were satisfactory. After the meeting, they provided delicious food. Hopefully we will again visit the Astor. Thanks and Regards FUZAEL AHMED

Fantastic service by the team. Shonchita from room service can give some amazing recommendation for food. Abirban from guest service has been very caring as well to ensure the stay is good. Well maintained and a very clean hotel. Breakfast options could be improved but still no company.

I have booked banquet as a part of corporate meeting.The food served during the meeting was extremely delicious & the hospitality of the staffs were also remarkable. Special thanks to Mr pawan , soham , Sourav for the entire arrangements. Looking forward to conduct more Business meetings in Astor. In a nutshell banquet +Food+ Hospitality+ customer focus was superb.

This is the worst hotel ever stayed zworst to wrlorst service, worst room, worst bath room, such a compacted bath room even room you will feel suffocated, it's a horrible experice, no one picks calls at room sevice, room dining, front desk even after dozens of calls repeatedly. Charges are like 6 k plus for this hotel room, but it's rooms, vantillation, excess to bathroom, size of bath room, space in the room all are just like a railway station type budget hotel. I won't advice to any of the person visiting kolkata must choose such a horrible hotel, it looks un safe also, if any misshappeming occurs, i don't think to s cape from this property will be a easy task. How fire department had given approval to this hotel, as per safety norms also i don't think it will comply. All in all super worst property

Amazing hospitality, beautiful decor, it feels like home in short. I had stayed for a single night, but i got an experience of comfort, peace and much needed rest in their beautiful and spacious room.
