In bath room no flush is working, used water no drainng properly, ac is not working in super deluxe room

The rooms are good and the attitude if the reception staff are good. The corridor stinks. Restaurant is bad, the plates are small and if you take more than a plate the lady would shout at you saying "who will wash the plates if you take more than one. If you go with a child and you need to pay for the food of the child though the voucher says complementary food for the child. Overall an ok-ok experience

The staffs are courteous, but facility improvement by way of electrical equipments, door locks, taps at toilet etc needs improvement e. G. The 1st room allotted to me was not properly illuminated as most of the leds were not working but the staffs readily shifted me to the next room wherein lights were working the bathroom door was having issue with lock, further taps of wash basin & latrin are outdated which are also not working properly.
