It always great staying in rituivy after so much of struggle and trying so many hotels. I found this and staff is so good

Moisture everywhere in the room . Had to keep the ac in minimum temperature for all the time to avoid moisture. Found hair in food although they didn't count that dish in the bill.

The room is like a dabba, very small. Not worth. Very bad stay. The door lock does not work properly

I felt one ceiling fan must be there in the room in addition to the AC as well as one open tap also must be there in the washroom for comfortable staying.

Overall everything is good but the room service little bit late. Food quality and taste is awesome. Bath place at bathroom is cozy.

Good. The gateman has to be more active on reception by welcoming the boarders. Otherwise location and behavior is good.
