The Lake Hotel

Club room of this hotel is good as we stayed there in our previous trip. But premium deluxe room is not worth. There are dampness in the room and the price is also comparatively high. Location wise it is very good

A decent stay at average the smaller rooms aren't good. So only try club rooms. Polite staff but slow service. Plus points : location near gariahat, upstairs cafe named vaayu which has good ambience post evening good enough for travellers (esp club rooms, but not so much for couples or family with kids

The location is the best part of this hotel, very close to gariahat market, golpark institute of culture and ***y other landmarks and shopping centres. The rooms are quite small, staffs provide minimal services, the stair cases are packed with materials and dirty.

Rooms: the rooms were not only spacious but also impeccably clean and well-maintained. The cozy ambiance and modern decor created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Amenities: the hotel's amenities were top-notch, providing a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. From the well-equipped fitness center to the relaxing spa facilities, lake hotel truly exceeded my expectations. Safety and hygiene: in today's times, safety and hygiene are paramount, and lake hotel did an exceptional job in this regard. The implementation of health protocols was evident throughout the property, making me feel secure during my entire stay. Food: the dining experience at lake hotel was a culinary delight. The diverse menu options and the quality of the food were outstanding. The restaurant staff were attentive and ensured a pleasant dining experience. Staff: the staff at lake hotel deserves special mention. From the moment i arrived, the entire team was courteous, professional, and eager to assist. Their friendly demeanor added a personal touch to the overall hospitality. Constructive criticism: while my stay was nearly flawless, i would suggest a more extensive variety in veg items menu to cater to diverse tastes. In conclusion, my stay at lake hotel was truly enjoyable, and i would highly recommend it to fellow travelers. The dedication to excellence in service and the overall positive atmosphere make this hotel a standout choice. I look forward to returning in the future.

very bad experience.. very bad staff behaviour. I am not expecting this hotel ***agement .I am very hopeless

The room is not clean. Cleaning is not done every day, even asking for the same. Service is poor. There was noise, which was very disturbing during the night. But the hotel staff were not bothered about it. Staffs are not professional. Same food in complimentary breakfast.

The room was clean and well furnished. Amenities were provided. The hospitality of the staffs were very good. In a word this was the best place to stay.

Service is very tardy. One had to request them to provide essentials like towels, hand towels, sufficient number of tea/coffee sachets etc. Most of the plug points were not working. Simply put they don't maintain a checklist of maintenance and service lists
