The location of the property is very good. Location at the prime & posh location of south kolkata & well connected from everywhere. Gariahat, golpark are at walking distance.

The property is good value for money in terms of location and size of rooms. But, essentially the problem lies in the poor ***agement. We were asked to wait in a room in a different building, despite getting prior confirmation over phone that our room was ready to check in. After waiting for 2 hours, we were finally allotted the room in a different building at 5. 30 pm. The ***ager at reception was not polite and was rude when i was flagging these issues at 530 pm. The wifi doesn’t work at all, so not a great place if you want to continue your work. Besides, i had left my phone charger in the room, and went back 30 minutes after checkout, couldn’t find it there. The ***ager didn’t have a clue and kept on saying housekeeping didn’t find it. Terrible experience overall. Too ***y red flags for a hotel located in the heart of kolkata.

Bathroom is not properly cleaned. Not proper toiletries. Towels are not probably cleaned.

Located on byroad just off golpark crossing makes for a perfect place to attain peace but still availing all benefits of being at gariahat - golpark heart. Rooms are clean and decent. Breakfast spread options are adequate. For ordering lunch dinner and snacks, plethora of options, being at golpark crossing. Good place to wind down after a days work.
