The hotel's food and beverages are fantastic (pictured), the breakfast is very rich, and the Chinese buffet is also the same (the RMB is close to two hundred). The service was very considerate. One night before check-out, the front desk called the room to get information about the flight. When I knew that it was a flight at 5 pm, I immediately indicated that I could extend the check-out time to half past two. Every time I go out, the staff of the Concierge will use the uber to call the car, and I will not bother. The room cleaning was also very careful. Next time, I will choose to live. The downside is that the market on both sides of the door is too embarrassing, and I can't go out for a walk at night, but the hotel is soundproof, and entering the iron gate is another quiet world. Also, the toilet flushes and needs strength. In addition, perfect.

Stayed at Niharika, A.J.C road, Kolkata from 23rd Dec till 26th Dec 2019. Booked theb'Regalia' room. Location of this hotel is the biggest plus point.Adjacent to Minto Road and Gorky house..location cannot be missed. Major attractions like Victoria memorial and Birla Planetarium are near. Major markets like Gariahat, New market too are near.Hotel is a bit pricey but owing to location and competition like HHI...seems fare is as per norm.Room service is very good. Housekeeping too was nice. Washroom and on house amenities like dental lots, soaps and toiletries were good. Water disposal from my room's washroom was a bit clumsy but i did not make a fuss about it. Overall, a pleasant experience.The hotel ***ager Mr Guha made a nice gesture by presenting a Christmas cake to us. Specially mentioning Mr Rajkumar Ghosh who helped a lot during reservations.

Its was very good experience with this hotel. Location is very good just near to traffic signal at circular road. There is wine shop down to this hotel which is extra bonus. Hotel staff are very cooperative and polite in nature. Services are very good and immediately basis. I stayed 2 nights and they provide early checkin facilities on very first day. It is really a nice hotel. Good ambiance. Some people will complain about back side construction view & noise. But fortunately I got front side room, moreover who looks outside in city hotel? But for sound hotel May change backside windows to soundproof options. Clean & decorated room. Breakfast is ok, rather I would say Good if not Very Good. Reception people are very helpful, I got early check-in at 12:30PM. Nearby Shopping District. As it is busy area, so get ready for whole day huge traffic.
