Apartments Elica

We spent two beautiful weeks here in the 1-bedroom apartment with balcony and sea-view.Our host,Gabrijela,met us on arrival from the ferry.Besides having two spacious and comfortable beds in the bedroom,there was a sofa bed in the lounge which would have taken a further two;kitchen had all necessary equipment and utensils:the bathroom had a good shower;storage was more than adequate;all was spotlessly clean.Air-con was very efficient and wi-fi worked very well.Never have we had a more attentive host:Gabrijela changed our towels very often,and so many times brought us some of her wonderful cakes ,pastries and Palacinka,and was always there when we needed help. View from our balcony of the bay,the mountains and the sunset was stunning.Our balcony had plenty of sun in the afternoon,and some in early morning.The local restaurant and bar,Stari Miri,and the ferry,are but 5 minutes away.Lovely pebble beaches and water so clear are so close;there are lovely walks through forests,orchards and olive-groves;beauty is everywhere on Kolocep.Best of all,there are no cars on the island,so peace reigns here.The people of Kolocep are warm and wecoming.Of all the Croatian apartments in which we have stayed,this was the best of all:thank you,Gabrijela.Here we felt we had found paradise,all here was so calm and relaxed.
