it's luxury that you seek, plus, fabulous service, the best food you've ever eaten, chilled surroundings then I recommend to come here, my husband & 14 year old daughter spent a week here and had one of the best holidays we've ever had, thanks to obviously the amazing weather but the hotel made it for us, no sun bed wars m, beds available anytime of day, pool side drinks service all day, there was food available all day, staff are amazing! entertainment was excellent definitely no expensive spared, in the morning while having breakfast there was music sometimes live, things to do if you want in pool during day, entertainment every night which is chilled and nothing to heavy, the festival they have every week is amazing live music entertainment and excellent Du, the street food is absolutely amazing, the only criticism we had was check in procedure is awful and we waited a long time to get into our room this definitely needs re assessing as this does not give your hotel experience a good start, also would be nice to have the mini fridge filled daily it was nice to have a wine & beer in there but never had again the juices were amazing and there was plenty of water, really there is no fault this hotel just needs a couple of tweaks, thank you Euphoria for an amazing holiday

We’re still at this hotel and leaving in the morning with great regret. We love this hotel. We stayed all inclusive. The staff are friendly. Special mention to Antonis in the restaurant and Georgia who served us practically every meal. The food is delicious and varied, always something nice to eat, even for myself who is known as a fussy eater. We only used the main buffet restaurant and were quite happy with it. The Sea Line was nice for the odd snack and ice cream, handy not to need to change into clothes to eat. Our room was so lovely, (228) with a huge balcony round 2 sides with sea and pool views. We saw many beautiful sunrises and the swifts swooping in to dive into the pool as it rose. The pool is huge, not too deep and perfect just to lounge around in. Always plenty of room, not too busy. All the ground floor rooms seemed to have sun beds and the grass area next the pool had plenty of free sun beds, never a problem getting one. The beach is pebbly as stated so you definitely need beach shoes. Lovely and quiet with a lifeguard from 10-6. The rooms are cleaned very well every day, bins changed and towels changed if needed twice a day. Beach towels can be changed once a day, €10 deposit needed. The pool bar is run with great fun by Panos, he gets to know what everyone drinks very quickly and is always entertaining. The main bar is only open in the evenings but is very pleasant to watch to sun set from. There is some entertainment most night but low key which suited us. For example, a violinist one night, a saxophonist another night. The only downside was the decor which was a bit dated looking but the furniture was very practical and chairs comfortable. The hotel is perfect for a quiet relaxing break in the sun with good food and lovely staff to look after you. I would highly recommend it.

The service is good. I asked if I would like to help us with our luggage or send me to the airport. A welcome drink is also provided. It does feel like a high-end hotel. In addition, they can do valet parking, just park the car next to the hotel and find their staff.

My stay at this hotel was characterized by an outstanding location, close to the city center and conveniently surrounded by various food stores, pharmacies, and supermarkets. The receptionist was exceptionally kind and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. However, the absence of an elevator posed a challenge, especially when handling luggage, making it less convenient. Nonetheless, the room itself was remarkably comfortable, and the presence of a taxi station right in front of the hotel proved to be a practical perk.

Perfect stay in a lovely small-feel hotel right on the beach. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Sam and George in particular made us feel like VIPs! The breakfast spread was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel, with a vast range of cooked and continental options. Everything was spotless. The restaurant offers a good range of drinks and lunch (on the beach or on the lawn) and dinner in the evening. If you fancy a change of scenery for dinner, I recommend walking along the beach at sunset to eat at one of the many excellent beach bars towards to harbour.

We are currently on our last day at Minos village after being here for 10 nights! This hotel is the perfect hidden gem. The rooms are spotless, modern and have everything you need. I brought my hairdryer and have not used it once as the ones provided is fabulous. We stayed in a 1 bed apartment room 301 overlooking the pool. The hotel is nice and small with around 20 sunbeds, some days you needed to pick your patch but most of the time there were some available. If not the beach is a sort walk away with loads of choice for sunbeds. The hotel is situated next to 5 taverna all traditional Greek food which we have eaten at most. Then a short walk down the hill takes you to the main *****. The pool bar is where you eat breakfast with a range of choice from hot English breakfast to meats, cheeses and pastries. They also have a snack menu, ice creams and drinks throughout the day. All of the staff are super friendly and always happy to help with anything your need. We really have had the best time and can not wait till tell our friends and family about the hotel. We will definitely be back! Thank you for having us ❤️

The location of the hotel is definitely very good and a plus point. We were greeted in a friendly manner and the lady at the bar gave us a welcome drink. The hotel looks quite high-quality at the entrance and you feel like you're in good hands. I would say it's not 5-star level, but around 3.5-4 absolutely. The room we were given unfortunately had no windows (the description said there was one). No problem for us. Our biggest criticism is that there was no door in the shower because it had been removed. So you couldn't shower properly without water spraying outside. When we told reception, they just said ”we didn't know” and preferred to answer the ringing phone and leave the guest standing there. Who would know if not the hotel, so unfortunately it's far from 5-star service. We expected a small apology and that the problem would be taken care of. I think it's a real shame that you pay so much money and then get a room that doesn't meet the standard and isn't really at the level you want it to be given to guests. Luckily we only spent one day here and had previously spent the week in a real 5-star hotel. I can really only give this hotel 3/5 stars overall.
