住五樓房間有廁所有沖涼房，可以望見湖，晨光風景一流，再行去湖邊可以望到雪山，雪山加上湖景一絕，早餐過得去，有一個露天風呂環境像署身森林當中，有大量車位，如果自駕，附近有一間光前寺，一定要去看一看，我去的時候櫻花盛開，總括來說還會再想到訪

The location and atmosphere are very good. It's truly a resort. Best of all, the buffet is the most delicious. I stayed for two nights this time, and apart from the standard menu, both days were different and I enjoyed them.

I don't have any complaints about the service as I expected it to be at the level of a business hotel, but during my 3-day stay, I encountered two groups of regulars (or those staying in higher-ranking rooms) checking in and out, and the staff's response and... I felt a disparity in the number of people involved in the response.
From the hotel's perspective, I think the best solution for hospitality management is to make the regulars feel different, so I can't really say...
