The hotel had a very unique traditional design styles. All the staff are so thoughtful and indeed its feels like a home when staying in there. Strongly recommended to everyone to have a taste of staying over there.

Amazing staff - always kind and helpful. Food was wonderful and the best we had in Japan. The menu had around ten courses, each course with multiple small bowls and dips, beautifully arranged and served with love. The fish was very fresh and tasted amazing. We enjoyed using the onsen every day. Always clean, hot and soothing, they also offer a wide range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. No need to bring your own. The hotel itself (and the town) is a bit old unfortunately and although it is very clean, beds and rugs are older and might smell a bit. Other than that our stay was perfect.

Because it's in the countryside, the last check-in time is early. The outdoor bath only has a washing area that can seat two people.

The hospitality was good from the check-in. Also, we were able to buy ropeway tickets cheaply and save on parking fees. It was a shame that we couldn't go to the open-air bath because of the rain.

Rooms, hospitality, and breakfast exceeded expectations. It was a great satisfaction. The transportation to and from the station was friendly and the scenery was nice. I had previously gone to a place where the bathroom smelled like mold and had turned black and I was disappointed, so this time I was very impressed with the renovated and clean bathroom. I still want to use it.

The staff was friendly, but the place smelled musty and unpleasant. I understand that the facility is old, but I don't see any effort to cover it up or improve it. There are no hot side dishes for breakfast.

We stayed with our family. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was homely, so we felt comfortable from start to finish. Our child was a picky eater, but they were flexible with the food. The room was spacious and clean, and the food was delicious. The manga corner was also a plus. If I had to say one thing, I wish the open-air bath and the large communal bath were next to each other, but now I think it was good that they were separated. Anyway, the whole family was satisfied, so it's definitely a good hotel. I think it all comes down to the fact that we were satisfied during the limited number of days we were traveling.

Because the transfer train was delayed, when we arrived at Yunoyama Onsen Station, we had missed the scheduled connection time; we asked the station staff to help contact the hotel, and the shuttle bus arrived soon! Although the hotel is a bit older, the staff are very polite and enthusiastic! Especially Mina, from the very beginning of the welcome and introduction; we have to take the cable car to the Imperial Palace, and specially bring warm bags; for my husband’s birthday at the beginning of the month, we specially arranged a birthday surprise (all of which have already been done) It’s the end of the month!); she gave us wine coupons and chatted with the "Captain"; she gave us a photo of the dinner and a handwritten letter when we checked out; we even received a greeting letter from her a few days later! Mina, you are really hardworking and considerate! Thank you very much!

It's been a while since I last stayed here, but I was very happy that the staff remembered my child so well and welcomed me warmly. Since I checked in late, I was only able to use the public bath once, but they have a variety of brands of shampoo and conditioner, so I'm always excited to choose one. This is one of the charms of this inn. Dinner was delicious and had a lot of variety. The hotel continues to take care of its guests, such as taking photos during dinner and allowing guests to take photos upon check-out, and being able to take a hot spring bath in the indoor bath, creating pleasant memories. It was a very satisfying trip. Breakfast was also abundant and delicious. We are also happy to offer complimentary drinks such as juice and coffee. It was a bit cold this time, so I was a little disappointed that I couldn't go outside and use the open-air bath. I want to use it again. Thank you to all the staff.

I used it with my son, who is almost 1 year old, and his grandparents. My grandfather had trouble walking, and I was worried that my child would not sit still and cause a nuisance to others, so I was looking for something to eat in my room when I found this place. I was able to have both dinner and breakfast in my room, which made it really relaxing. The in-room meal plan was for a Japanese-style room only, but they provided two futon mattresses for my grandfather and made it easier for him to get up, which I was very grateful for. Thanks to this, I was able to wake up and go to the bathroom by myself. Although they were not allowed to go to the open-air bath, they were happy to be able to take a bath in the hot springs. I was glad that my baby was allowed to take a bath in the hot springs as well, so I was able to take her with me. It was also helpful that there were many types of baby shampoo available, and we were able to borrow baby items for free. I also appreciated the diaper trash can and the humidifying air purifier. I was also happy that I was able to borrow tableware and cutlery for the children during dinner, and that they provided me with white rice. My child doesn't eat commercially available baby food, so I added a little hot water to the rice I received to make it softer, and I made some sashimi for him to eat, so we were able to eat together!Welcome Baby Plan I'm glad I chose it. I was also able to take a photo, which was a great souvenir. I am very satisfied, but I would like to write down some points that I found interesting in the hope that they will be helpful for those who are planning to visit again.・The parking lot is a little far away → You can leave your luggage at the entrance, or if you have trouble walking, you can get off first, so it's okay.・The open-air bath is far away and there are many stairs → If you are healthy, there is no problem, and it is a wonderful open-air bath where you can relax and feel the nature. My grandparents were strict with me, so I couldn't do it, but I was able to enjoy it. It's cold, so it's nice to have a jacket and an umbrella.・It was very helpful to have the meals served in the room, but since the children will be touching and playing with them, it would be helpful if you could remove the dishes early. *For those who want to eat slowly, I think it's not too busy, so it might just be at home.・I'm very happy to see the Welcome Baby Plan photo, but is it an inkjet? That's why the images and colors are not good. It was a little disappointing because the mount was nice. *I was very happy to have it as a souvenir, but I wish I had taken a photo with my smartphone! If it was data, I could print it out at home.・It would be helpful if you could leave borrowed baby items in your room without having to return them to the front desk. *It's difficult when you have a lot of luggage and children to carry...but it was much more convenient than having to bring everything from home! The staff who served us with in-room meals were very kind and we had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you very much for your help in changing the ingredients that I don't like and for the cooking staff. I would also like to thank the other staff members for their friendly and courteous responses. I had a lot of concerns about traveling with 3 generations, but I'm glad we were able to have a relaxing and enjoyable time. thank you very much!

All of the staff members were courteous and accommodating. There were many baby items available for rent, making it easy to spend time with your baby. There was a microwave in the hallway, so it was easy to warm up baby food. It was perfect for my son's first trip. The open-air bath is located in a separate building, a short walk away. It's pretty scary when it's dark. My only request would be if there was a diaper bin and a baby bed in the men's bath. I left it in the women's bath, but my husband took our son to the public bath.
