The room is basically clean but very small, nothing is in it, the photos make it look quite big. The floor of the room is not clean, the corridor is simple, like a business apartment, without any decoration or hotel atmosphere, the door and wall of the corridor are very dirty. The surrounding environment is surrounded by green trees and the air is good. The breakfast is OK, but it is not a four-star hotel.

Great hotel, great breakfast, full board but also vegetarian or free alternatives! Great room with walk-in shower, room service and a lovely balcony with a view of the Rhine (superior double room). Good and sufficient parking around the hotel. The staff was also very nice. We had a pleasant stay and would happily come back.

The hotel is showing its age and, in my opinion, is being run on a low flame. Very small rooms that are not heated when you arrive. In my room there was no heating in the bathroom, so it was still cold the next morning. The rooms are very spartanly furnished; even youth hostels are better and more comfortable these days. The walls are in dire need of a coat of paint. Positive: The room and bathroom were clean.

If you are old enough to remember youth hostels, this will suit you! Definitely not 4*. Based on hotel video was fantastic but our experience very different.
They have NO double beds. Singles are just pushed together not even made into a double. No double sheet on top to make into a double. Reception closed at 10pm.
First morning breakfast served on tiered trays in bar/ reception. Second morning full buffet, , but hot food dry due to heat lamps but better than first morning.
No lift in our accommodation block.
Appears to be a training/ tutoring facility with seminar rooms and a block solely for group sessions.
No multilingual information.
Vineyard looked nice. Room clean but no servicing during our stay.
Hotel is basic at best definitely not a 4 *

The food gets 4 stars even though there was table water only on one of three evenings. For whatever reason. The hotel is reminiscent of a youth hostel, rooms are very different sizes in the same price category. The closet was not big enough for one person for three nights. Clean on arrival. Intermediate cleaning was probably just a rough wipe and making the beds. Location not suitable without a car if you don't like hiking. Difficult to get there because of very steep hill. Staff very friendly

The room was good and clean! On the day of arrival, check-in from 4 p.m., we checked in at 4:30 p.m., it was not possible to eat in the hotel in the evening. You have to register for dinner here and this was no longer possible! After all, there were 25 guests staying overnight at the weekend. It has a slight flair of a youth hostel. There were no bunk beds, but there were double beds that slid apart. The view from the hotel is very nice!
