Schönes Hotel. Die junge Dame von der Rezeption war überaus freundlich und hat mich mit allen Infos und Restaurant Empfehlungen für das Abendessen versorgt. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr sauber und nett gestaltet. Es lag zur Nebenstraße und war deshalb angenehm ruhig. Ich habe mich bewusst für das vegane Frühstück entschieden. Aber im Nachhinein muss ich sagen, als Rheinsteig Wanderer, brauche ich doch eher etwas handfestes. Es gab eine Etagere, voller kleiner Köstlichkeiten. Alles selbst gemacht und mit Liebe zubereitet, aber eben nicht das richtige für mich. Der Preis von etwas über 18€ halte ich für fair. Das hat viel Arbeit gemacht. Herausheben möchte ich noch die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

A very nice hotel, quietly located in the pedestrian zone. The staff is very friendly.
The breakfast is expensive but it's worth it. It's a vegan multi-course menu, with everything from savory to sweet. I've never had such a good and extensive breakfast in a hotel. I'd be happy to go back.

I chose the hotel because of its central location and good reviews regarding accommodation and breakfast. The most beautiful destinations are easily accessible on foot, and the Rhine is very close by. There is a very good selection of restaurants in the immediate vicinity. Since I was travelling alone, it was very pleasant not to have to walk far in the evenings. Great service and very personal attention from the team on site. The hotel is in the pedestrian zone, but there are parking spaces within a short walk and very reasonable prices. I really liked the breakfast, it was very plentiful and, above all, extremely delicious. The room was very well equipped, everything I needed was there. The best thing was the bed, I have never slept so well anywhere else. I will definitely be back!

Amazing hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner was welcoming. He gave us a drink, chatted to us, and recommended restaurants. The room was lovely. Konigswinter was a surprise too and well worth a visit. Great Castle! Would stay here again without hesitation.

The welcome, the room and staff were excellent. The lovely hotel was centrally placed in Konigswinter in a pedestrianised street and parking was within easy reach. There were no tea and coffee facilities, mini fridge or air-conditioning in the room although a fan was supplied. Our biggest surprise was that upon our arrival we were told the only breakfast option was plant based! This was not indicated at time of booking or at any time prior to our arrival. We felt we should have been told in advance of our arrival.
