Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Zimmer eher zu warm. Die Zimmer sind einfach gestaltet. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Wir waren über Neujahr dort. Das Neujahressen war sehr gut. Schade ist, dass Personal nicht gut deutsch spricht. Den Wein haben wir selber nachgeschenkt. Hatte nicht jeden der in der Karte war vorrätig. Mir persönlich hat ein wenig das gewisse etwas gefehlt, der Raum war so leer und lieblos.

- sehr großes Zimmer mit tollem Blick auf den Bodensee - freundliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter - gutes Restaurant mit ein paar kleinen Rafinessen - Preis-Leistung-OK - Staub und Spinnweben in den Zimmern beim säubern nicht vergessen 😊 Fazit: Alle geben ihr bestes - für ein 3-Sterne-Hotel sehr gut

Wir haben 8 wunderschöne Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht: - unser „Buchungs-Chaos“ wurde freundlich und zuvorkommend gelöst! - unsere Suit mit dem Blick auf den See war genial! - das Frühstück war vielseitig und lecker! - Bus und Fähre fahren mehrfach in der Stunde und in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hotels. Grauenvolle Atmosphäre! Draußen lauter Schilder mit bodenseeuntypischen Gerichten, während wir da waren, rannte der affektierte Geschäftsführer oder so draußen auf dem Platz herum und fotografierte kurz haltende Autos mit Familien, um sie bei der Kommune anzuschwärzen, dauernd vor unserem Ausblick. An ein entspanntes Essen in gediegenem Rahmen ist nicht zu denken. Wir sind das Hotel und Gasthaus Schiff von früher gewohnt, unter den wunderbaren Wirtsleuten, aber das hier ist eine Abstufung sondergleichen und für Konstanz kein Renommee! Nie mehr!

Ci siamo fermati solo una notte ma nell'insieme l'hotel non ha soddisfatto le aspettative: prima di tutto la stanza doveva essere una Superior tipo A e invece ci è stata assegnata una standard (alla fine abbiamo accettato uno sconto sul pagamento visto l’impossibilità di cambiarla); le stanze con moquette e mobili datati non davano la sensazione del pulito. Solo il bagnetto (particolarmente piccolo) ristrutturato. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere i prodotti da bagno che erano appena basici. La sala colazione abbisognerebbe anch’essa di una ristrutturazione (per esempio non è piacevole sedersi su di una sedia macchiata), la colazione andava bene. Concludendo, secondo noi, il prezzo pagato è troppo alto rispetto al prodotto fornito.

We had a room with balcony view of the lake and it was fantastic. The staff was very kind and helpful. A great restaurant is in a neighboring building. Don’t miss the breakfast.

Abbiamo soggiornato due notti durante il giro del lago di costanza in bici, rimane decisamente lontano dal centro e occorre muoversi o con il bus o con l'auto, stanza piccoline e non troppo curate, ma bella la posizione essendo fronte lago, personale non disponibile, alla sera dopo le 20,30 non servono nemmeno una birra da bere, punto molto positivo la colazione!
