"The hotel was generally good, and the room was clean and comfortable. However, there were some inconveniences. There was no kettle or water boiler in the room, so I had to go down to the lobby every time I wanted coffee or tea. In the evening, the coffee machine area was closed, and I had to ask the reception to open it. Sometimes the staff were not available or were busy, which made it difficult. On one occasion, I had to leave the hotel and buy coffee from a nearby coffee shop. It would be much more convenient if there were kettles in the rooms or if the coffee machine were accessible at all times."

"Overall, the experience was good. There was a minor hiccup during check-in on the first night; the staff couldn't find my reservation, but they were still very nice and gave me a large room. The next day, I went back to the front desk and they confirmed they had found my reservation. Apart from this minor issue, everything else was excellent. The staff was very patient and helpful."

"The hotel is in a very old house. The elevator does not reach the floor and you need to climb half a floor. The location is perfect, directly opposite the train station. The nearby cafes are great. It is on the shore of Lake Constance. It is the Christmas market and people from far and near come here. , very lively"

I believe 4 generations of owners to me sys a lot."

"Being near to the Bodensee is the only thing this hotel got going for it. The floors were dirty, the interior was old, no AC (and that in the 30C heat!). The breakfast is very expensive and there were almost no vegan options or even fresh fruit/veggies. Would not go there again and would not recommend anyone staying here."
