3-Star Hotels in Konstanz

The hotel is very clean and the room is quite big. The view from the balcony on the top floor is beautiful and you can watch the sunrise and sunset. About 5 minutes walk from the train station, breakfast is generally OK, but compared with the several hotels we stayed in a few days ago, breakfast is still much worse. And the reason why Constanz may be close to Switzerland is that hotels are more expensive.

The front desk is very nice. The hotel is not in the city center, but it will take ten minutes to send a bus coupon. It can be used for two days. Although we are useless, there are Oaldi and lidl and gas stations around. Parking is free and especially good. The room is large. Breakfast is OK. Self-driving recommendation. I like Lake Boden too much. It's over!

Only when breakfast was over did the staff come with a trolley and clear all the tables at once. So even if you were served a second coffee, the empty cups usually remained on the table. Therefore, the staff here should be retrained. There was always enough space to sit. The room furnishings have seen better days ;-) As a lady at the reception said, they are gradually being renovated. Conclusion: Suitable for a short break if you don't have too high expectations. I would stay in a renovated room again anytime.

The hotel is in a very old house. The elevator does not reach the floor and you need to climb half a floor. The location is perfect, directly opposite the train station. The nearby cafes are great.
