Otel kötü değildi ama oda çok soğuktu. İki tane ufak çocuklar otelde kaldık, gerçekten çok üşüdük. Otel odası ısıt**sı klima idi ve yetersizdi, ayrıca Konya gibi karasal bir iklim olan bir yerde olan otel odası zemininde halı yoktu, fayans ve parke idi. Ayrıca, Sabah kahvaltısında bütün ekmekler bayattı.

Oda konforu genişliği güzeldi. Yola yakın olmasına rağmen ses yoktu. Odalar arasında ses duymadım.

Yemekte daha ilk lokmalarımızı yerken birden 100 liralık hesap için yemeği bölen bir hizmet sistemi var daha dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor. Hizmet açısından yapılan ayrımcılık yapılan tavırlar hoş değildi bir sonraki süreçte tercih asla edilmeyecek

Hiç memnun kalmadım. Çıkışımın olduğu günün sabahı 7 de baskın yapar gibi kapıyı bile çalmadan içeri kat görevlileri daldı yüksek bir ses tonu ile konuştular. Kahvaltı yapmak için aşağı indim odama eşyalarımı toplamak için çıktığımda kapım sonuna kadar açıktı bu kadar sorumsuz bir otel görmedim.

Loved my spacious, modern bedroom and the hotel has lovely decor. The food was very good too but the highlight for me was the massage in the spa. I had the Altin (gold) massage with rose essential oil and it was the best massage I have ever had. If you stay in this hotel, I highly recommend a visit to the spa, lots of different experiences on offer, absolutely excellent! 10/10

Ho soggiornato una notte. Camera spaziosa ma acqua water non funzionante. Cena di pessimo livello, prezzo del 50% superiore a analoghe strutture della zona Servizio in tavola allucinante. Bicchieri non presenti, abbiamo dovuto chiederli. Dolce servito prima delle pietanze. Piatti non sparecchiati fra una portata e l'altra. Cibo di scarsa qualità. Cameriere scortese
