"We stayed for 1 night. Thank God, because we were with a child, they gave us a non-smoking room. In general, the Turks need to do something about this! Smoking is prohibited in public places. Dog-friendly - also a rather rare occurrence in these places. Otherwise, the hotel is very shabby, these are not 5 stars. The room is large. Water / tea and instant coffee (in five stars!). For 3 people, they gave a room without an extra bed. My 11-year-old daughter and I, of course, fit in a single bed, but still it is strange. The breakfast is just awful. A mountain of bread, eggs rolled over until blue, fried eggs or omelettes are fried in terrible frying pans. Judging by the look, the cheese is cut in the evening, it is all stale, I will not even mention the sausage - how can you eat Turkish sausage and hot dogs - is unclear. The only edible thing Nea breakfast - kaymak and honey in the comb. That's it! The parking lot is full, but if you give the keys to the parking attendant, they will put it. This year Türkiye left some indelibly unpleasant trace."

"We spent one night here. The room was clean and reasonably quiet. The breakfast was good. The restaurant staff was friendly. Only complaint was that while there were two of us in the room, only one towel was in the bathroom when we checked it. Unfortunately the clerk at the front desk didn't speak English. We finally got her to understand the problem and she fixed it. The hotel is within easy walking distance to a large number of restaurants. Konya is a bit more religious than other towns we visited and alcohol in restaurants or stores was almost non-existent. We did hear that there was a store within a few blocks that carried alcohol, but we didn't know about it until later."

"Araf Hotel is beautiful with a unique charm. It's located conveniently close to Mawlana's Museum and Maqam. As a first time traveler to Konya, I felt safe and comfortable staying here. There's an issue with my first room, which is in the basement, where the heater was not working despite being reported twice. The third time I complained, the front desk quickly offered to change room on the top floor which are much nicer and have a perfectly working heater. The breakfast spread is good. The owner is really friendly and helpful. The receptionist/front desk worker is nice and really helpful. Despite my initial challenge with the room, I would stay here again for my next trip."

"The room is nice, classic looking old school style. Breakfast was amazing and so much variety of food and vegetables. Note to hotel management, If the television must be on during breakfast, it should be on lower volume or soft music instead. There are sound coming from everywhere such as kids screaming, everyone using their own devices to watch whatever - some people prefer relaxing morning during breakfast time. Parking is not at the front of the hotel. You can drop off your belongings first then park and walk back to the hotel. Valet parking service is also available."

I loved how clean the room was. Almost spotless of dust. "The hotel is located in the heart of the city, which is convenient for sightseeing. The staff were respectful and polite. However, my overall experience was disappointing. Despite advertising free parking, the hotel does not provide any parking facilities at all, not even a paid option, which feels misleading. The hotel in general was not clean, the rooms were poorly maintained, and the towels were even torn. Breakfast offered very limited choices and was unsatisfying. At night, the area was extremely noisy due to cats being fed by the hotel staff fighting outside until late hours. Sadly, aside from the central location and polite staff, I cannot recommend this hotel. Otel şehir merkezinde bulunduğu için gezilecek yerlere ulaşım açısından oldukça avantajlı. Personel saygılı ve nazikti. Ancak genel deneyimim hayal kırıklığıydı. Ücretsiz otopark sunduğunu iddia etmelerine rağmen otelin hiçbir otopark imkânı yok, ücretli bir seçenek bile bulunmuyor, bu da yanıltıcı bir reklam gibi hissettiriyor. Otel genel olarak temiz değildi, odalar bakımsızdı ve havlular yırtıktı. Kahvaltı seçenekleri çok kısıtlı ve tatmin edici değildi. Geceleri ise otel çalışanlarının beslediği kedilerin sokakta kavga etmesi nedeniyle ortam oldukça gürültülüydü. Ne yazık ki merkezi konum ve nazik personel dışında bu oteli tavsiye edemem."
