Hotel is cleaned rooms are good size but basic the price they charge its too much compare to other hotels near by after 3 nights i find much cheaper hotel reception staff don't speak English at least they could show some respect to their guests.
Breakfast same everyday some dishes which are should be served hot they on purpose serve cold so that people dont eat much ..

Big , spacious clean rooms. 7 minutes walk to mevlana museum. Polite and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was also good. I loved their freshly baked cookies . There are two reasons why I didn’t give five star first one is the sink in our bathroom was clogged and water was running slowly. And second and most important reason is they charge me more than I booked without mentioning this to me. I found out when I checked my bank account.

Düğünüme Gelecek olan misafirlerimiz bu oteli tercih ederek 2 oda tutarsk ücretlerini ödemişler. Bende bir başka misafirim için otelz üzerinden 2 oda ayırtmıştım . Cenaze olduğu için misafirlerim gelemedi , düğün telaşından rezervasyon iptal etmeyi unuttum. Düğün günü hiç checkin teyiti alınmadı benden. Hatırlatma telefonu, maili de gelmedi. Ölüm raporu ve düğün davetiyesini sunabileceğimi bu kadar borç içinde bana anlayış göstermelerini en azından bir miktarını kesip iade etmelerini rica ettim. Beni kadın olduğum için hesaba almadılar , ***et kaba ve üslubu bozuk şekilde otele de gelseniz ücret iadesi yapmayacağız diyerek telefonu suratıma kapattılar. Otelz ile görüştüm otel kabul ederse biz iade yaparız dedikleri halde Fatih bey denen adam iade etmeyeceğini söyleyip hiç bir uzlaşma yoluna gitmemiş. Konya gibi bir memlekette Mevlana’nın yattığı yerde haram yemek nasıl içlerine siner kabul edilir bir ahlak bilmiyorum. Ahlaki ve inanç kısmını geçiyorum bir işletme bu tutumda olmamalı. Baykara otel Yozlaşmanın ve yobazlığın temsili misali . Hakkımı helal etmiyorum. İstedikleri kadar otelleri iyi olsun çalışanlar bağıra çağıra telefon kapattıktan sonra . Keşke diğer misafirlerimiz de bu otelde kalmasaydı. Tamamen para odaklı olup , vermedikleri hizmeti almaya çalışan haram yiyen , parayı çektik aldık bitti diyen bir işletme.
