The hotel is not new, but it is reasonably clean. Parking yourself is not very convenient (there are almost no places nearby), so an employee parks somewhere nearby in the park.
Breakfast is quite good for Turkish hotels. The problem is with normal coffee, as everywhere else (they only offer instant Nescafe). The room is small but clean.
We filmed for one night on the road from Antalya to Cappadocia, so everything suited us. The hotel is almost close to the center, where you can take a short walk among the market stalls and have a snack in inexpensive cafes. I recommend it for an overnight stop along the way.

If you ever come to Konya, do not consider any other hotel. Cleanliness and hygiene were great, as well as friendly and helpful staff. As a vegetarian, they constantly asked me about my food needs, even at late hours, saying, "You may be hungry in Konya right now."
