酒店很新，但是前台服務態度非常差，我訂了商務大床房，房間和照片上的明顯不符，我去問前台，其中一位前台一副不耐煩的樣子，説了沒兩句就開始和我爭辯，還一定要上樓去我房間看。上樓看了以後發現確實和圖片不一樣，然後又開始狡辯説是因為傢俱擺放的問題，全過程一副不耐煩的態度。最後我衹能認了，也沒有任何解決方案。一個糟糕的前台真的會毀了一家酒店，非常不推薦這家酒店。

第一次入住桔子酒店，酒店整體是時尚、年輕風，到處都是桔子味，房間很乾凈，衞生間是智能馬桶，洗澡水壓力很大，我們全家都認為洗澡水特別舒服。再來説一下服務員，首先是前台小姐姐，我訂房間後，給我打電話確認房間訊息的同時，告訴我酒店10點到下午7點在裝修，有點吵，我覺得像這麼誠實的商家不多見，所以沒有退房，依然決定住下來，辦理入住時，見我們帶着孩子，非常貼心地給了寶寶拖鞋和牙具。5樓的服務員叫陳滔滔還是李滔滔來着，服務態度特別好，問啥答啥，熱心提醒我們別拉下東西。退房時，前台小姐姐給了平安包！對了，孩子們很喜歡吃桔子味的軟糖😊總之，桔子酒店體驗非常棒，以後出行，我還是會選擇住這家酒店。
