"The overall feeling is pretty good. The cleaning lady cleans every day, basically in the morning and sometimes at noon. There is also free breakfast every morning. The only problem is that there is a school next to the hotel, which is a bit noisy."

As we entered the front door to the hotel, we really liked the soft ambient music and the fragrance. We want to highly commend the exceptional service of Kyle at the front desk, he helped us with making our stay wonderful!
The breakfast is a must. We ordered the breakfast buffet for both days, and it was delicious - fresh fruit , yoghurts , salads , meats. It’s full of Korla flavours! Theres a great view to the courtyard from the dining hall.
We liked the small touches of detail in our room, a stoneware vase, some paintings and clean bedding and bathroom.
All in all an outstanding hotel, with friendly staff , new facilities and great food."

"The location is good; there are many restaurants to the right after you go downstairs. Transportation is convenient; there's an airport shuttle bus right downstairs. The room is clean and hygienic, with unique decor and relatively complete facilities. The only drawback is that the TV doesn't have internet settings enabled, so you can't cast your favorite content and programs. This seems to be a common problem with hotels in Korla; I've stayed at several hotels in Korla this year, and none of them seem to have screen casting functionality."

The only thing that can be improved is the number of elevators. Two is a bit too few for the rush-hour demand for the breakfast."

"This time I was very satisfied with the object's business trip! The location is very close to the place of work and can be reached on foot. The room was clean and quiet, the bedding was comfortable and the rest was good at night. Although breakfast is not included, there are convenience stores and breakfast shops downstairs, which is very convenient for shopping. The service is also very intimate, the check-out speed is fast, and I will choose here next time I travel!"

Service: Fortunately, there is a short sister who looks like a leader at the front desk and is very nice
Facilities: It is really bad...!
First of all, there is no table at the sofa position in the room...
Secondly, there are too many problems with the facilities, the toilet is leaking, it needs to be repaired, the air conditioner has no hot air, it happened to snow, I was freezing...
Finally, I changed the room and it was much warmer
The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland
It's average. When I chose the hotel, I thought it was the best in Korla, but I was still disappointed. Maybe the star standard in Xinjiang is relatively low
