GGuest UserPerfect hotel! Our family of three stayed for two days and had a great experience. The price is affordable and everyone can see that we stayed in a twin room. The hygiene is very good and the service is quite good. Let me tell you a story. There was a problem with the vending machine in the hotel lobby, but the owner of the machine could not be contacted (bad review for the vending machine). The hotel front desk did not shirk responsibility, but paid the bill first, and then they contacted the owner of the vending machine to resolve the problem themselves. Great. The front desk was very welcoming, even the security guy was very welcoming. The environment is very good, new hotel. The breakfast was prepared very beautifully and carefully, with many varieties and good taste. It’s a pity that we didn’t get up, so we ate quickly and didn’t take any photos. In short, it's all five stars, come and stay!

AAnonymous UserCome visit Korla, Xinjiang in the United States as the Eid al-Adha festival approaches! The journey and the car ride were quite tiring. First of all, when we arrived at the hotel, there was an underground parking lot, which was very convenient and right next to the hotel. Once we entered the hotel, the service and treatment were really good, not worse than those in star-rated hotels. There was free fruit. I remember there was a night shift guy who provided really good service. Because we mainlanders drink a lot of water, I called the front desk and the guy handled everything very well and promptly. He also asked us if we needed anything else. I told him that he would patiently explain to us what to do tomorrow, and even prepare a few bottles of water for us to drink on the way after check-out. Really considerate and comfortable stay. I am also grateful to the hotel for recruiting and nurturing such excellent employees.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean and the facilities are very complete. I like the hotel's telephone, which is super convenient and much better than a landline ☎️. The sofa, stool and two tables are super convenient. The robot food delivery is also very convenient. I just forgot to take pictures. The service is also very good and the bed is very comfortable. I just hope there is a disposable toilet seat.

It is near the train station, very convenient. The staff are very enthusiastic, especially the security brother, who greeted and said hello when they met. It may be because of the holiday, the last day, the breakfast was not good, and there was no food later. I hope this can be improved later.

Ronaldinho at the front desk has a good service attitude and the hotel provides free shopping bags. The room is large, with good lighting, and the TV screen is large and high-definition. Screencasting is also supported. The curtains have good light-blocking properties and the smart toilet experience is perfect. There are many varieties of breakfast, everything you need, and the aunt in the restaurant is very proactive. The hotel also has free laundry and a gym, but I was too pressed for time to experience it.

The most unforgettable thing about this trip to Korla was packing the sincerity of my Uyghur friends into my suitcase. If you also want to experience the warm human feelings when you open the door like I do, rather than the cold feeling of a luxury high-end hotel, I strongly recommend the Jinlan Business Hotel hidden in the Grand Bazaar of Southern Xinjiang.

GGuest UserTreasure Hotel preferred for business trips! The most surprising thing is that the laundry service is particularly thoughtful and solves the trouble of travel laundry. The rooms are spacious and clean, the office area is bright and practical, and the air conditioning and network are very powerful. The staff is friendly and smooth from check-in to check-out.
