"Special thanks to Angela at the front desk! When we checked out, she gave us a small gift. Upon learning that we had to wait in the lobby for our train, she offered us drink vouchers. Since I paid quickly and forgot to use them, she thoughtfully gave us a cake instead. (˘ڡ˘)🍰
Room facilities: Very new and well-equipped, especially the blackout curtains – they work wonderfully.
Value for money: The price during this off-season is a real bargain.
Breakfast: I must say, the breakfast selection is incredibly rich, and all the ingredients are fresh and clean.
Bed: I slept soundly all night without much tossing and turning; it was very comfortable and good for my back, unlike other hotels where the mattress leaves me with back pain.
Room view: The hotel is connected to both Renaissance and Courtyard, making it very large. You can easily spend time just exploring the premises.
Service: The service is excellent. Upon check-in, a dedicated person was assigned to me, asking about my preferences and requirements, and they did their utmost to accommodate them.
Swimming pool: I tried the pool once; the water was very clean. Plus, after swimming, you can even enjoy a steam bath while freshening up 😂.
Gym: The gym equipment is something I'm very satisfied with; the facilities are comprehensive and highly functional."

This seems to be a common problem with hotels in Korla; I've stayed at several hotels in Korla this year, and none of them seem to have screen casting functionality."

"Business Trip
I have a presentation tomorrow, so I really wanted to have a good stay, sleep well, and be full of energy for the talk.
Unexpectedly, the entire accommodation experience made me feel luxurious and allowed me to experience the beauty of Korla.
The bathroom feels very spacious, and the wet/dry separation is great. I especially love the brown circular storage box next to the sink for toiletries; it's very well-designed.
The staff are also all very professional.
If I have the chance, I will definitely come back to stay again."

"The hotel is located in the city center and is easy to find. There's a large parking lot in front, making parking incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so you can find all sorts of good food. The decor is a stylish, natural wood style. The lobby is very cozy, and I even played a piano. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the facilities were new and complete. The hotel receptionists were very welcoming, and the breakfast was quite plentiful. Overall, I was very satisfied. I got their business card, and I would definitely stay here again if I come back next time."

"The weather was not good, so I made a reservation in Kuerler, which was not scheduled, but in conclusion it was very good.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was clean and there were many kinds and delicious.
The hotel is located in the middle of the city, so the transportation is convenient wherever you go, so it was very convenient for traveling and I think I will have a good memory."

The water temperature of the shower is difficult to adjust, it is either very hot, or it is cold after turning a little bit...
The linens are tattered, let's not say throw them away and replace them with new ones, it's a bit wasteful, at least trim them
Breakfast: It's really hard to say, the coffee is instant, the orange juice is powdered... There are not many types of food, the standard of three stars in the mainland

GGuest UserThe location is very good, you can see the train station square when you take his elevator, and it is too close to the train station! Go to the bus 101 to the Grand Bazaar, and the bus 26 to the museum. The bedding is clean and tidy. Although it is very close to the train station, it is very quiet to sleep at night and can't hear the train sound! The only regret is that the parking lot, entering and going out two mouths, one with a railing, and one with a large iron gate, is too inconvenient.

GGuest UserI booked a 4th floor room and it was not clean. Hair all over the bathroom sink and shower area. Several pieces of floor tile are loose and the toilet has a strong sewage smell. After one awful night, I upgraded to a renovated room on the 3rd floor. Still not clean and hair and stain all over but at least there is no smell. The location is good and there are lots of restaurants around and the owner is nice and helpful.
