空調遙控器沒有，暖氣不熱，明明定了兩天退房説一天能不能看清楚，一次性拖鞋也沒有，24小時熱水也沒有放出來是涼水，害得我用熱水壺燒水，前台辦理入住也忙得很，能不能學學酒店兩分鐘完事😓
