省流版:因為房型上寫了有空調而房間沒有 去前台詢問老闆反遭辱罵 超級超級差評,這麼多年沒住過這麼差的店! 2024.4.13定了一晚大床房,112室。房間設施上寫了有空調,結果到了下午感覺很冷,想開空調卻發現房間里根本就沒有空調。打開旅店設施頁面核對的時候發現上面寫的吹風機和瓶裝水也沒有,於是去前台找老闆。剛到的時候他在玩手機,外放聲音挺大的,溝通過程中也一直看手機態度愛答不理。我提出沒有空調、吹風機、瓶裝水的問題,老闆就急了,開始吼,説“集中供暖停了,整個庫爾勒都不供暖”之類的話,抱怨已經讓我提前入住了怎麼這麼多事,質疑我要空調幹嘛有那麼冷嗎(語氣很諷刺)?甚至進行語言侮辱,多次説我是“佔便宜”“**”! 1.入住前一晚,因為第二天一早到、攜帶寵物的特殊情況,是特意給過電話問是否可以一早辦理入住以及攜帶寵物,得到老闆肯定答覆後我才定的(平台上顯示的就是寵物友好,可以攜帶寵物,後續老闆還説過什麼“早知道不讓你帶了”之類的話,請問寵物友好不是你招攬顧客的一個亮點和手段嗎?怎麼成我的問題了?)老闆一直説我多住了很久,其實並沒有,九點左右入住的,前一個客人已經退房了。因為房間沒有打掃,安置好了寵物就在等保潔十點上班打掃,十點多打掃好了我就出去了,回來是下午兩點多了,請問提前溝通過+並沒有多住多久+沒有耽誤前面的客人退房+沒有多拿任何一件洗漱用品,甚至洗手間是我自己清理的讓保潔不用再打掃了!既沒有要求退房也沒有要求退錢我衹是想要得到一個回覆和解釋!請問我是佔了什麼便宜?!!2.請問集中供暖供的是暖氣,和空調有什麼關係?甚至和有沒有暖氣的時候空調是否可以製冷制熱有什麼關係?房間裏甚至都沒有空調這個電器的存在!既然沒有?為什麼要寫在頁面上?!這屬不屬於誤導顧客的欺詐行為?如果是平台的問題,那積極找平台解決,和解釋清楚就行了對吧?但老闆顯然不是這個解決態度。如果是什麼我不懂政策規定之類的問題,好好解釋不行嗎?老闆一開始的態度就很差!3.我冷還是熱,是每個人體質不同,請問為什麼要進行諷刺質疑,商家負責是提供服務還是質疑顧客?4.也是最重要的一點,關於“**”等用詞已經涉及到語言攻擊,我認為已經遠遠超出了正常溝通的範圍。交涉的自始至終,老闆吼起來以後雖然我也急過,喊過,但我沒説過一句侮辱性的話!都是在溝通問題,包括老闆説什麼“你不滿意一開始怎麼不提出來,住了這麼久了開始找茬”這樣不負責任的話的時候,我也表示我沒有不滿意,不是抱着找茬而是溝通的態度,衹是來問一下,他也不依不饒了很久。 交涉的最後,我拿了前台吹風機,瓶裝水是沒有的,空調也是不可能有的,莫名其妙被罵了也沒有得到道歉。如果我沒有帶寵物,如果不是怕沖突再激發而嚇到它,我一定會報j或尋找相關部門的介入,要求老闆對他的行為和語言道歉! 另外:1.房間打掃挺隨意的,甚至大床房的兩個枕頭衹給換一個枕套,保潔説“他衹枕了一個”。??我提出“你怎麼確定他衹枕了一個呢”以後才把另一個的枕套也換了,真不禁為這家的衞生情況感到擔憂。2.洗手間的花灑是很大的頭,出水不均,不是整個花灑都有水,而是集中的一注,不太好用。3.洗手間天花板漏水,會持續發出有規律的噪音,一直不停。4.老闆家的孩子也住在店裡,樓道里有他們大聲關門、跑跳打鬧的聲音。下午説了之後沒什麼聲音了,晚上還是偶爾有。 以上。很差的一次入住體驗,明明是商家的問題還罵客人,我反正頭一次遇到。本來不願意麻煩老闆的想法洗手間漏水我都沒有去説,實在太冷想去問一下【為什麼平台上寫着有的東西實際上沒有】的時候反倒被説“找事”“找茬”“**”!最後,問題是沒有解決的(空調 瓶裝水 洗手間漏水)(吹風機老闆的解釋説有人會順走所以沒放,去前台借 okkk),人是生了一肚子氣還被罵了的~ 以上內容絕對真實,沒有任何編造,在大廳進行的交涉我後半程進行了錄音,老闆對我進行的辱罵都錄下來了,前半程有店內監控(如果老闆刪了那我也沒辦法) 有此評價為證,我也把所有證據備份留存好。後續如果老闆因此進行任何不好的行為,如恐嚇、誹謗或發佈任何不良訊息,我會保留好所有證據並去相關單位申請追究其法律責任。
