Sara and Antonio were true professionals with Great Customer service skills. They introduced us and our friends to some of the best cocktails and even provided some great travel tips in Brussels. A great visit all together and truly appreciate them making our visit a fun and memorable one.

Lovely location , secluded from the city and a perfect getaway from reality to get in touch with who you are. The Cinq Mondes Spa provides some elevating body massages and then hiking through the Sonian Forest in the morning was absolutely amazing and breathtaking

Stayed here 2 nights with family of 4. The hotel is modern, clean and spacious. Food (ex. Pizza) and beverages are available in the lobby any time of the day. This hotel is roughly a 30 min drive from the Gare du Nord. Pros: - Around 5-10 min walk to the nearest train station and another 10-15min train ride to the city (2.10 euro for a single ticket) - Laundry room (with iron) and gym located on 2nd floor - Beds and pillow are luxuriously comfortable. Very impressed with the high quality of the rooms and the great customer service - Carrefour grocery market 1 min walk Uber is very cheap in this city compared to other EU countries. Please note this hotel is situated right beside (or is connected) to a hospital. This means taxis are available all day long but sirens will be heard throughout your stay. Overall, I recommend this hotel to those visiting the area. I however, will stay in a hotel in the city of Brussels next time around.

I stayed here in December with my family for 3 nights. The hotel is modern and located walking distance from the train station. Breakfast was of a good standard and with plenty of variety. My husband unfortunately became very ill as he had food poisoning (not from the hotel). The staff were really helpful and accommodating given the situation, they had to find us alternate rooms and everything was done swiftly and without any issues. As a result, our stay was better than expected! Thanks very much to all the hotel staff that were so accommodating.

The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. I take you a point in the cleaning assessment for using a moquette, not because it was dirt or much less, cleaning is deserved a 5 too, but I know it is vital for people with allergies and other impediments with it. Can't fault cleanliness and location but apart from the entrance hall the hotel is tired and needs upgrading. I have been to the hotel many times before and recommended it to friends but this time it was very disappointing and I wont go there again. They seem to have *****ped all facilites and service to the minimum and definitely don't seem to care about the customer experience. On arrival the staff at reception were exceptionally slow and unwelcoming with long queues to check in. The staff were neither helpful nor friendly and at times abrupt and rude. They were uninterested in answering any queries and failed to rectify faults throughout our stay. Having booked 5 rooms there were errors and mistakes with rooms offered against had been booked. I had booked similar rooms at the same time and same rate but the quality and size of the rooms we were given was vastly different. They argued that some of the rooms did not have breakfast included despite having booked for all 5 and had confirmation of booking. They failed to explain we needed tickets for breakfast and failed to give them to us at check in. The rooms were clean but needed updating and redecorating. There were no mini bars or tea/coffee making facilities in the room - but the cabinets had been left taking up space but empty and empty with out shelves so had not been repurposed , taking up space in very small rooms. I had about 4 inches clearance between this cabinet and the bed, making moving around the room awkward. The toiletries provided were sub-standard, a small sachet to cover both body and hair wash which was insufficient for either. The towels were ragged at the edges and needed replacing, further evidence that the hotel has cut back on facilites and quality. Catering was sub standard. There was no way to get a cup of tea or coffee in the morning without going to the breakfast room - you could not get tea or coffee in the room before going down to breakfast - and if you only wanted a cup of tea or coffee in the morning you had to pay £12 for the breakfast to access tea and coffee. There was no drinking water available in the room. The breakfast was poor quality with a limited range and the cooked food was limited and cold. What a shame that this ideally located hotel has gone downhill - I would not recommend it to anyone until they get their act together and employ customer friendly, helpful and competent reception staff.

The hotel was rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was courteous and professional. Check-in and check-out was efficient and quick. The airport shuttle ran frequently and was reliable.

By the renovation of the hotel, the rooms are beautiful and cozy. The cleanliness is given and the beds are comfortable. A fan stands on the room, this cools the room comfortable down. The choice of breakfast is great. However, there is a major problem, the situation. Absolutely bad. Even if it's only five minutes to the center, we have decided to drive with Uber. Because people in the neighborhood are very aggressive and would not hesitate to steal or threaten someone.

Stayed here for 3 nights while attending the F1. The hotel is in a good location, only 10 mins walk to the bus/train station and places to eat. Nice lobby/bar area. We only had breakfast, so we can't comment on other meals, but breakfast was more than enough. Plenty to choose from, hot food, breads, pastries, cheese, meats, waffles etc.., The room was large with plenty of storage space. Fridge is provided and contained a complimentary bottle of water. Tea and coffee facilities are provided with paper cups. They were not replenished during our stay, so not enough creamer to last 3 days. I'm sure they would have been available had I asked, but it would have been nice to have it there when we returned late at night. The shower room was clean and shower gel provided. Nice fluffy towels provided. We had a separate toilet. There are plenty of sockets/USB ports in the room. Choice of TV channels was disappointing but I didn't go to sit and watch TV. Check out was quick and easy.
