We hade a great week at Kos. Paritsa hotel was great choice for a hotel, a simple breakfast included. I took own gluten free bread from home. The owner family was friendly and kindly, it was nice stan. If we travel again to Kos, we will choose Hotel Paritsa.

Great hotel in a perfect location in Kos. Close to the beach, the harbor and the old center. Neat rooms with air conditioning: depending on your tour operator, included in the price (usually) or at an additional cost (TUI, among others, so pay attention!). The hotel is owned and run by a very friendly family. Hygiene is very good. Rooms are cleaned every day. Breakfast buffet is simple but actually contains everything you want. We have been here 5 times now. The stay was great every time!

Booked this hotel for my last night as was disappointed with my apartment in Lambi. The Paritsa hotel is far more than a 2*. Lovely room, great staff and great location. Fantastic end to my holiday. Also I had a near disaster when I couldn't get a taxi (huge shortage in Kos town) back to my original transfer pick up spot. The owner went out of his way to take me in his own car. I really appreciated this as a female travelling alone. I couldn't recommend the care more highly. I will definitely be back next year.

Used for the ferry from Kos, excellent hotel, about 15 minutes walk from the airport bus stop and always 15 from the boarding point. Spacious and clean room, quiet, only the bathroom was slightly small. Nice outdoor terrace, decent breakfast, both savory and sweet, with a limited but complete choice. Helpful and kind staff

Been again for the 6th time, it feels like coming home every time in this small-scale, simple family hotel. The family is so incredibly sweet and helpful. This year we were with our daughter, son-in-law and grandson of 3 months and they were all crazy about the little man. it was so much fun to see how they all interacted with him, it just melts your heart🤗👌I can really recommend this hotel, but if you don't like luxury then you should take something else, but I personally think the hygiene is top notch and the cozy small-scale itself is the most important

The hotel was very kind to let us check in very early (11am), and the room was nice and clean. The complimentary breakfast for a budget hotel was very welcome.
The only improvement I can suggest is that, being British, it would great to have ideally a kettle in the room or perhaps a hot water dispenser in the lobby. Sometimes you just a want to nice tea in your room :-)

Well kept hotel, nothing is missing! The clean rooms, with balcony, in the center with good breakfast... Not a big breakfast like in mega hotels, but nothing is missing to have an excellent breakfast (savoury or sweet). Furthermore, we had a lot of fun as the owner and his entire family were kind, friendly and thoughtful. They treated everyone as if every guest was "at home" and made us laugh a lot! If we were to return to Kos, a stay at this hotel would be very pleasant!

I stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. Excellent location, clean, nice comfortable room, good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. I recommend it for a holiday in Kos.

Price for the week was very reliable. For that reason I didn't expect that much. But it was perfect. So friendly from the first step. Rooms were very clean and there was everything you need. Aircondition for extra price was good. Breakfast.....nothing special but allright. Very good!
