Wir waren zu dritt für fünf Tage vom 17. bis 21. Mai im Hotel. Wir hatten eine Familien Suite. Leider war der Stuhl total am Schreibtisch zerfleddert und einige Handtücher waren ausgefranzt. Das Personal war freundlich. Obst war aus der Dose.

Hotel,okolica, plaża,jedzenie, obsługa hotelowa - wad brak. Wyspa piękna i ciekawa.Jechać, zwiedzać, odpoczywać.Nie ma się nad czym specjalnie rozwodzić bo wszystko jest perfekcyjnie.Restauracja włoska szczególnie godna polecenia!

Top top hotel, great service all round, accommodating facilities for everybody, bar staff, dinner service, room service, everything absolutely spot on, 100% returning next year, food was cooked beautifully and drinks are fresh and quickly served from a choice of 3 bars.

Was meant to stay here on the 1st of April for an all inclusive break however, On The Beach lied about contacting the hotel as it was actually shut for the season still! On The Beach failed to relocate us and a few other families so the manager of Sandy beach Hotel went out of his way to giving us some drinks, some food and even contacted his friends local hotel to accommodate us. Just for the patience and service alone from the manager and the staff that were prepping for the season was amazing enough. They didn't have to allow us to wait in the lobby until we found a resolution but they did. For that alone the service was just immaculate. Alongside this, we had a small walk around to get some air and oh my, the hotel is gorgeous, you will not regret staying here from all the pools, restaurants and facilities we saw, even when not operating. We will be returning as soon as the season is running!

Not one thing to fault. Faultless in every way. The nicest staff, fabulous food, amazingly clean and well kept complex, beautiful beach, great nighttime entertainment. We stayed in a 2 bed unit and it was huge, one adult and 3 teenagers. Nothing was too much trouble, help with trips, hire car, whatever you need. I found the staff to be incredibly kind and decent. The restaurant staff are fabulous, working away quietly in the background, always with a smile Food is excellent. There is no hussling here * and Kos in general. People are kind and considerate, car hire and local shops/restaurants in Marmari were the same. I felt so safe and relaxed as a single mother of teenagers, there was also plenty to keep them occupied. I absolutely cannot wait to return here. Thank you Sany Beach for taking such good care of us.

Wir waren vom 25.10 -01.11 2023 zum 2ten mal hier es war wieder super Zimmer Service alles bestens alle Hotelangestellten sehr freundlich und aufmerksam auch zu erwähnen die Cocktailbar selten so gute Cocktails getrunken!!!

1.Jedzenie mocno średnie dobrze że były frytki :) 2.Pokój ok szkoda że z balkonu widok na dach kuchni śmierdziało spalonym olejem :( 3.Między posiłkami nie bylo praktycznie nic do jedznie tylko hot dogi (czyli niedobra parówa w bułce bez keczupy) i lody :O 4.Drinki jak u wujka Staszka czyli wódka z colą ewentualnie ekskluzywnie z fantą:) 5.sam hotel ładny baseny przyjemne i pracownicy mili Polecam serdecznie nie brać pokoju w głównym budynku jest duża szansa na dostanie takiego pokoju jak ten wspomniany wyżej. 6.Hotel całościowo zrobiony pod Niemców :( 7.Lokalizacja na plus 20 minut do kos piękne miasto 20 minut do zia town piękne town :_) 8.Bardzo fajna wypożyczalnia samochodów przy hotelu

Die Bilder und die Beschreibung der Zimmer stimmt nicht mit den vor Ort vorgefundenen Zimmern überein. Die Zimmer gelten als neu renoviert, aber die Ausstattung ist von gefühlt 1990! Badewanne mit Vorhang zählt als neues Bad, Schränke haben keine Einlegeböden und sind aufgequollen und riechen schlecht. Viel zu teuer für diese Ausstattung, Service ist auch schlecht, Reinigung ganz schlimm. Keine Cocktails in all inclusive enthalten, Animation nur minimalistisch , ab 23.00 Uhr Getränke nur noch gegen Bezahlung. Ein Wahnsinn bei dem Preis!

Wir haben das Hotel für 8 Tage gebucht. Der Transfer vom Flughafen dauert ca. 30 Minuten bis zum Hotel. Empfang war sehr freundlich wie das gesamte Personal. Dies möchte ich an dieser Stelle besonders loben!!! Danke nochmals an alle. Ansonsten Essen in Buffetform sehr gut und ansprechend angerichtet. Leider nicht besonders abwechslungsreich. Die Getränke sind ok aber der Wein ist absolut nichts für Liebhaber. Hab ich auch bei All-In nichts besonderes erwartet. Gegen entsprechendes Entgelt besteht die Möglichkeit auch Original Cocktails zu bekommen. Die Außenanlage ist sehr gepflegt aber der Pool ist zu kalt. Die Zimmer, eher naja. Zwar sauber aber weniger ansprechend. Betten ok, das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne ausgestattet und die Tür hat sich nicht schließen lassen. Was mich allerdings am meisten gestört hat, ist die Tatsache, daß im Lobbyraum sowie an der Bar im Innenraum geraucht wird. Das geht garnicht zumal sich auch kleinere Kinder hier aufgehalten haben. Übrigens es ist alles nur Selbstbedienung. Einen Kellner/in sucht man hier vergebens. Meer ist fußläufig direkt über die Straße zu erreichen. Die Liegen und Schirme sind auch ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und eine Toilette sowie Strandbar gibt es auch nicht. Fazit: ich buche das Hotel aus benannten Gründen nicht mehr.
