Fantastic experience and upgraded to all inclusive as the food and drinks were really good.

Hello, me and my family stayed at this hotel for 12 days last August. Where do I start? It was a wonderful experience, food absolutely beautiful ,fresh and delicious and so many choices, my compliments to the chef and the kithcen staff. The service provided by all staff always of high standards, very friendly, they go above and beyond, always doing their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. The hotel itself is huge, with a few pools to choose from which was nice but the infinity pool is the WOW factor 👌 Every evening there was entertainment and we all really enjoyed that, even my little one was dancing. Great for little ones as well.Very clean hotel and the gardens and very well kept. Even though there are lots of steps,because of the location, it wasn't too much of a bother as it's worth it. The beach bar is a real plus, and that was really nice. Beach had pebbles but very clear water you can see the fishes. We encountered no issues and could not fault this hotel in any way. We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were hospitable and friendly. The room was immaculate, boasting a comfortable bed and 2 seater arm chair. The view from our balcony was serene and the golf cart to help us get around was really appreciated. We were in room 1302 which was not too far from the main restaurant and main bar. There’s live performances at the main bar on Mon and Tues nights. Thursday is disco night and Friday's for Greek Dancing. You can hear the music/entertainment from the bar but it quickly quietens down before 1 am when they close. Accessibility wise, I only saw stairs in this area, we had stairs leading down to our room and up to the main building. The food was great! We were half board guests which meant breakfast and dinner was included, but we were given the option to swap dinner to lunch if we wished to, we just had to get a voucher from reception to do so. Every day the meals were more than satisfactory. Breakfast and dinner is buffet style, eat as much as you can, but if you like something be quick because once it’s gone, the replacement might be something different. There’s a kids club and a little playground they can use. There’s also a mini supermarket on site, buy your bus ticket to town here, as it’s cheaper than buying outside the hotel. We explored the Spa, Salon and Gym but did not use the services. The spa and salon have an additional charge but the gym is free to access, you just need to approach reception beforehand. There’s daily Yoga and Pilates classes, which are also free, you can just turn up, I really enjoyed the Pilates class. There’s 3 pools on site. One of the world’s longest infinity pool is in this hotel, there’s a beach bar near it, arrive early to claim a bed. Not too far from the inifinty pool is a restaurant where you can grab lunch/snacks (additional costs) and there’s an Asian restaurant (eating here depends on the length of your stay). At the bottom of the hotel there’s a shingle beach, where you can enjoy the sound of the waves and there’s a bar here also. The manager is a lovely man, very thoughtful and always willing to help guests. He approached us a few times during our stay to make sure all was okay/to help and he was really helpful in the restaurant during busy periods. Michaelangelo is located at the end of the island, it takes 10 mins to get to Kos Town Centre, which is easily accessible thanks to the bus that stops right outside the hotel and approx 45mins to get to Kos airport. Excellent position, fantastic views over the sea, sea room with a view a definite must,service by all staff excellent, All inclusive is definitely worth it.. Room were cleaned everyday free bottles of water…entertainment in the evening all meals had a dish for all, not friendly for people who have disabilities walking very hilly ,lots of stairs

The personal at the main restaurant could be faster sometimes. Also they forgot to bring the drinks and so on

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot, THE best infinity pool you’ve ever seen, views are spectacular, the food was amazing and the rooms were stunning. Comfortable beds, fridge with drinks in the room. I know a few celebrities have stayed here and I can see why. The hotel is only a short ride into Kos town and down the road is the Thermal spring. With All Inclusive you get 1 champagne breakfast per visit and 1 a la carte meal at the Thai restaurant, both were gorgeous. The beach was down a bath where there was also the beach bar. I have nothing negative to say about this hotel, it was a dream stay.

For a 5 star rating, i was disappointed. The lack of quality overall from food, drinks and service was very poor. The staff seemed stressed always rushing around and no time to take care of the guests needs. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner, everyone struggled to get a table that was prepared for eating. It was either dirty or not set up. No direction where to sit. Once seated, they would walk past numerous times ignoring any requests. The sunbeds, there are signs posted, to prevent guests reserving them with towels but no one checks and it happens all the time. The Concierge was very unhelpful, as was the front desk, you felt like you were bothering them. I will not recommended this hotel and i wont be going back.
