Mitsis Selection Blue Domes

An amazing location, within a beautiful setting. The facilities are plentiful, and the food offerings are spectacular. The bars offer unlimited drinks throughout the day, and Blue Domes has freshwater pools running throughout its core structure. The good offerings were expansive, and catered for all dietary needs. The only downside which I found was that the rooms were not sound insulated, and therefore as I was at the end of housing section the noice from the service road was slightly irritating. Nevertheless, I would definitely recommend the location to family and friends.

First time at this hotel. Don’t usually do all inclusive but overall it was really good for an easy family holiday. Its low rise in lovely grounds which flow to the beach so kids 9-12 could wonder around, meet other kids and get unlimited snacks which meant happy parents! The buffet dinner is average but it’s a huge resort so tbh it’s hard to do much better. It was always well staffed and organised. Def book the a la carte choice restaurants for the eve or go to the town for fish / Greek. Staff were mainly really helpful and lovely. Loads of watersports/ activities. Water slides are at the next door hotel - pretty basic! Some areas are 5 star but others are 4 . Suggestions to make it 5 star - More staff in pool areas and grab and go options. They work non stop and queues can be long as they cannot get through everyone. A simple fix! Flowers/ fruit / toiletry top ups in the rooms. We had a room with a jacuzzi which was great! Towel service at the pool would stop sun beds being reserved Change machines so these hard workers get more tips and the kids can use the games room. Free shuttle bus running to and from the little town on a loop. It’s a 5 k walk each way which is a bit far for a stroll. It would mean people leave the resort putting less pressure on the staff and restaurants and help the local economy. You can book a taxi but you can’t really rely on one being there when you need it. More cook on the spot options in the buffet like lots of other hotels. Fish and meat was pre prepared rather than cooked for you so not the best. The entertainment was fun and drink choices good. You get what you pay for I would say. Would recommend just with these few caveats!

This years vacation to Blue Domes really convinced me that there just isn't a better one anywhere else. The hotel is beautiful, the food is amazing, but the best part are the employees which welcome you like old friends. Big thank you has to go to the manager Sebastian and his team. Many thanks also has to go the concierge Alex. In the restaurant mister Iannis always welcomed us with a smile and Michalis, Giovanni, Gelas and Maria took great care of us. I also have to thank the waitresses from the South American and Greek á la carte restaurants.  A big thank you to Nicholas, Alex and Martha from the beach bar, Kostas from the pool bar and the always nice Maria from the garden bar. I would also like to thank all the maids and the portyrs. Thanks to all of these people, me and my friends really felt like queens. They truly made this vacation the best.

My daughter is there now and has received an absolutely disgusting level of customer service! The room she was given was filthy, the staff have been extremely rude, absolutely not 5 star. We love the Greek islands and usually receive outstanding service, but not this time. It's early in her holiday, so I will update this review as she goes on.

I would like to thank Mitsis Selection Blue Domes yet again for another unforgettable holidays. There is nothing to fault! Congratulations to Sevastianos Talaros on an exceptional team! All the staff is wonderful and helpful - to name a few - Alex and Martha at the beach bar, Kostas at the central bar, Nicholas at the bars, Stamatia and her unforgettable pancakes at the Brunch, Giovanni the restaurant manager. But there are few that made our stay truly extraordinary with their exceptional commitment and care stand out - Mr Iannis at the restaurant entrance who always greets you with a smile and few worm words, Michalis the F&B manager, Gelas and Maria in the main restaurant, Maria Ntinori at the garden bar, Georgios the bar manager at the night bar, and the best concierge ever Alex. With all these hardworking lovely people beautiful flawless resorts becomes more then just a resort. It feels like home. Thank you! And hope to see you all again soon. Accommodation - spacious, clean, great mattresses and pillows! Bars - great selection of cocktails and drinks, lovely new area around the central pool bar. Food - main buffet - good selection of food, tasty, fresh. A-la-carte restaurants great! Our favorite was probably Destination Greek. Beach - pebbles with beautiful clear water. Enough sun loungers, enough room. Entertainment - The Drifters are fantastic! :-) Staff - priceless! Hardworking, pleasant, always with a smile trying to make your stay perfect.

Giovanni was the kindest host so attentive. Whole trip was amazing and he made it such a welcoming experience! Food so yummy and service was spot on. Definitely recommend coming here just for the staff, specifically giovanni! Amazing experience!
