Travelled as a couple and will be as honest as I can Firstly the good points..staff work amazingly hard all around the hotel and the food is lovely, always something different to try so if you are a fussy eater then you should be OK. Pool areas are great especially the pool next to the main buffet restaurant where we laid most days and the lovely new sunbeds which we managed to get without too much trouble ...they have now put signs up saying no reserving sunbeds but noone really takes any notice as some people where obviously coming down early hrs of the morning to put there towels on them and noone did anything about it. Hotel itself is spotless and the gardens are lovely to walk through if you are going to the beach or lower pool area. It was our holiday to celebrate both our 50th birthdays and the hotel put a lovely birthday cake in the room on our arrival which was a lovely suprise. Thank you The weather during our stay was perfect sunshine everyday day. Now the not so good..... Please be aware of the tourist tax for 4* hotels it is 7 euros per night so 52 euros before we even saw our room.. Lifts where intemitent, sometimes worked other times didn't. Self service lager did not work half the time at the top pool bar did raise this with the lady who runs the bar during day but issue was never really resolved . Went for dinner which is from 1830 to 2130 at 8pm a few nights so to avoid the influx of kids running around the place unsupervised by there parents and found not much left to choose from ,coffee machines had been turned off in main restaurant and all the cups saucers ect taken away even though dinner was till 2130. Finally the entertainment consisted of bingo, kids disco (in german) movie night was the best ....... Minions 1 and 2 .....in German... I gave up after that. All in all this hotel is more a family hotel and everything is aimed at young familys ...if you like lots of kids running around and mini discos this is the place for you . We booked may thinking it would be pretty much adults but obviously not. Overall we did enjoy our stay but these few points was a bit disappointing and in future our preference will be to go adults only hotels for the peace and quiet it brings with it. Not all bad like I say but a few points that needs looking at.

Stayed here in May 2024 ; couldn’t fault the staff ,all lovely and helpful. Food was nice and plenty to choose from , drinks were ok and help yourself to beer and soft drinks also help yourself to wine at mealtimes. The downside was a very much lack of sun beds for the size of the hotel also a lack of outside toilets. Also it’s not a very wheelchair /pram friendly hotel , lots of steps. The beach was a short walk with lots of sun beds but a trek back to hotel to use facilities . We stayed in a , what they call a “bungalow” but it was 2 story high ( yet more steps ) and quite a walk from the main building . Rooms were kept very clean and fresh towels and beach towels but the rooms were very dated .also no entertainment whilst we were there and a room attached to the bar that felt like a dining room .

What a gem! Caters for all ages. My sister and I have just returned from the most relaxing week, timed it well so the kids were at a minimum 😀 Pool area and bar were great, even though you had to be early to get a sunbed, no problem, down to the other pool or beach .. ideal!!! Staff were lovely and the food was fab. Definitely worth another visit

Just returned from an amazing 5 day break at this wonderful hotel. Everything from the grounds to the rooms were lovely and clean and you can tell the staff take pride in their work. Lots of choice for food and drinks all day, I'm really missing my daily little pots of fruit and Greek salad from the beach bar! Have to say a special thank you to Manolis and Panagiotis (the cocktail boys) for their wonderful cocktails - always made with a chat and a smile, such a friendly duo. Also have to mention how helpful the reception staff were, especially the manager on duty for our week as he helped us with moped hire and even arranged for my husband to be picked up to collect it. Finally the maintenance man on the beach was always working hard and keeping the Greco area beautifully clean, again always with a smile and stopping for a chat. We would definitely return again, as it is perfect for what we needed - a relaxing break in the sun. It is in a quiet area of Kos, but that is what we were after, there is a bus stop at the beach end of hotel which takes you to Kos for a couple of euros per person if you are unable to hire a car or moped :) Can't wait to go back!

It was a great two weeks at the beginning of September. The weather was still very good and the sea very warm and calm. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, perfect for those looking for relaxation and beautiful views. We chose the bungalow option with a sea view (I highly recommend it). The hotel staff speaks excellent English and has always been very helpful. We took our parents (who were celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary) and were surprised with a very nice surprise by the hotel staff (wine and cake in the room). Thank you very much! Such a spontaneous gesture made our stay unforgettable. My parents were very touched, we will definitely return to Casa Paradiso. As usual in Grecotel hotels, the food was excellent. There was an additional fact worth appreciating here - vegetables and fruits from the hotel garden landed on our tables (pumpkins, zucchini, cucumbers, bananas, lemons etc). Great idea! A beautiful example of care for our planet and social responsibility. Plus the smell of herbs (lavender, rosemary) in the evening while walking - simply amazing! Hotel beach - beautiful, wide with light sand. Very clean sea, gentle access to the water (children and elderly people felt very safe). You can always find beach beds available at any time of the day. The beach bar (you have to cross the local street) offers drinks, softs, coffee, ice cream, pancakes, waffles and healthy snacks. The service was very nice and always smiling. My overall rating: EXCELLENT+!! :-) "plus" is for the eco-friendly approach and creating a family a**osphere. We felt like friends, not just guests. Thank you so much Grecotel Casa Paradiso :-)

My girlfriend and I visited Grecotel Casa Paradiso in mid-June of last year, and our stay was nothing short of magical. After a relatively short transfer from the hotel, we were greeted with a warm welcome from the staff, their accommodating nature throughout our week stay truly made the holiday exceptional. The modern pools offered a refreshing escape, and we never had any trouble finding comfortable sunbeds. The beach, adorned with soft, sandy shores, provided breathtaking sunset views that left us in awe. The all inclusive food was one of the highlights of the whole trip. There was something for every palate, with a variety of local dishes and homegrown produce (which is grown around the grounds of the hotel), as well as the delicious fresh fruits section. We were particularly impressed with the themed section that varied each day, which added a bit more excitement to our meals. The selection of all-inclusive drinks exceeded expectations, boasting some of the highest standards we've encountered in our travels. There is a half hourly bus service that stops outside the hotel, offering you the chance to venture into Kos town, however the truth is that the sheer beauty and comfort of Casa Paradiso was so captivating that we found ourselves hesitant to venture too far. The allure of the resort, combined with its amenities and surroundings, made every day at the hotel an experience we didn't want to miss. Choosing between exploring nearby towns and savouring the delightful offerings of Casa Paradiso became a delightful dilemma, showcasing the hotel's irresistible charm. Without a shadow of a doubt we would return again; we have already booked a stay for September! The resort's charm has left an indelible mark, and we find ourselves eagerly anticipating our return, Casa Paradiso is undoubtedly a gem, and we can't wait to relive the magic of this exceptional retreat.

Writing this as I’ve seen a few bad resides and can honestly say I disagree!! Stayed at this hotel for a week and it was lovely overall an amazing stay , staff was wonderful always helpful. The hotel and rooms / toilets around the hotel was lovely and clean , and was cleaned on a regular basis. The bedroom was cleaned everyday. All Pool’s was amazing ,we even went on the water slides it was a laugh for adults as well. beach was amazing the food was lovely and different each night. The bus into kos was really easy to get there and back Plenty for people to eat, The hotel helped us rent a quad bike out for the day and that was just amazing, we got to see the whole island in a day. The only 2 thing was the room we stayed in was slightly dated from the pictures online however it was fine. Nothing to complain about and the night entertainment was only on for a short amount of time but that could have been we have come at the end of season and they Shut the hotel Nov-may I’ve heard. Overall we loved the hotel and would come back again and would 100% recommend to people.
