Awesome last minute trip. Great and friendly staff. With it being the very end of season, a few minor things were less than perfect but quite understandable for a late October holiday. The buffet was overall good, varied, and unlike some other places I saw recently - routinely changed out the hot food to keep things fresh. Excellent price point, and would be happy to go back.

The rooms and facilities were very satisfactory, and the breakfast and dinner menus were also delicious. From the next day of stay, I received many services free of charge for the fall season.

Hotel was absolutely fantastic. I proposed to my girlfriend in the hotel’s beachfront room. The staff could not have put on a better show, the food was lovely and the restaurant manager was very friendly. Big thanks to Roditi Kallia for sorting it all!

Returned here after a few times not very impressed this time beautiful view room 315standard dropped it should only be a3*card board cups not acceptable for drinks in the bar in the evening, restaurants s seating not right ,far to busy should be 2sittings for the size of hotel , pool towels never changed in our 11 night stay.Very disappointed this time will not be returning . They charged for coffee in main bar also sunbeds on their private beach.

So I’ve just returned from this hotel after a 7 night stay. I will go through the pros and cons. On arrival, we arrived late as our flight was delayed. Night receptionist on duty who spoke very little English. Was a bit like an episode of faulty towers. Couldn’t find our booking initially. He then roped in another guy who was very stern and promptly found our booking. We were then told to immediately pay the tax on the room !! He then tried to get his iPad to work to check us in. That didn’t work so he gave us a piece of paper that looked like it had been photocopied a million times. After that we were told we would be shown our room. Bear in mind I booked a sea view with balcony. Off we trotted out of the main building for 5 minutes to a chalet that resembled something from Pontins 50 years ago. Dumped us there and went off. Air con didn’t work and mattresses were about 2 inches thick. We grabbed our cases and traipsed all the way back to reception, refusing to stay there and demanding they find us a room in the hotel. After lots of arguing and phone calls going on for atleast half an hour they gave us a room which was satisfactory. They said we could have 2 drinks from the bar . It was now 11.30. Apparently after 11 you have to pay for drinks, this isn’t all inclusive! Don’t remember seeing this when I booked !!!!! In the bar we were offered a sandwich as we were late and kitchen was shut. So, our sandwich consisted literally of 2 pieces of bread, no butter, no dressing, and a handful of lettuce leaves!!! Unbelievably disgusting !! So next day was usual battle for sunbeds. You can’t put your towels down before 10. Staff DO remove them, we witnessed it. A German even removed our umbrella when we walked away for 5 minutes. So beware ! Disappointed you have to pay for sunbeds on beach. You can go into town and use the sun beds for free provided you have a drink or food at the bars! Much better option and the people are much friendlier in town. Lady on beach bar has an attitude problem! Doesn’t take cards only cash!! Food is ok, what you expect from a large hotel. I only really ate the salads but it can be repetitive. We chose to eat in town half the time we spent there just for variety and friendliness. Drinks are watered down big time! We also spent a few evenings at the bar over the road called Smugglers. Again, staff much more friendly and they actually had alcohol in them. On a positive note the cleaning staff are lovely ! The hotel is clean and grounds very well kept. Main staff seem to have a problem with customer service and not overly keen to help you, perhaps they prefer the Germans to the English! Definitely outnumbered here. Overall I wouldn’t return. For the money it was ok but didn’t feel it was anything special!

Okay, first of all we did have a lovely holiday, fab location, hotel and grounds very clean, good value for money. The bad bits, the room very basic, beds and pillows really hard and uncomfortable, and the shower drained into the centre of the bathroom floor leaving the bathroom floor full of water for hours, a mop and bucket would have been useful. But we were only in the room to sleep. Location of the room was lovely though. I asked reception for a kettle that was promptly delivered so that was great. Well stocked shop close by which was useful. Drinks, dissapointing, unless you pay for them. Juices watered down, beer average, cocktails average, the non alcoholic choice was disappointing. Food I thought was nice until you had been there a few days then realised it was the same offerings day in day out. Yogurts only available at breakfast, limited fruit choice, limited choice for picky kids. Breakfast was quite nice though, something for everyone. Staff and service was poor, staff seemed grumpy, not all staff, but many of them looked miserable and unfriendly, certainly not the Greek hospitality I was used to. Cleaning staff were more friendly than the restaurant staff. Not enough seats/beds around the pool area or the top bar. Couldn't even get an ashtray, was offered a paper cup with water in. Glad we only booked a week. Kids didn't care for the pool as it was too cold, but that could be as it was early season. Didn't bother with the evening entertainment, I couldn't be bothered with rushing just to get a seat. Most people chose the smugglers bar across the road from the hotel for drinks and entertainment. Good for a budget holiday, but you get what you pay for.
