Awesome last minute trip. Great and friendly staff. With it being the very end of season, a few minor things were less than perfect but quite understandable for a late October holiday. The buffet was overall good, varied, and unlike some other places I saw recently - routinely changed out the hot food to keep things fresh.
Excellent price point, and would be happy to go back.

Hotel was absolutely fantastic. I proposed to my girlfriend in the hotel’s beachfront room. The staff could not have put on a better show, the food was lovely and the restaurant manager was very friendly. Big thanks to Roditi Kallia for sorting it all!

On arrival the staff in reception so friendly and helpful. We stayed in one of the bungalow near the sea. Food was great something for everyone We found the small restaurant less busy, and so nice eating every meal outside Hotel clean rooms cleaned every other day. Just one strange thing .even with a wrist band on had too pay for beds on the beach ( only 4 euros) plus pay for drinks( just walk upto the pool bar for your all-inclusive drink no problem) So near to walk into kos town 20 mins Flinstonebar does wonderful cocktail 5 mins walk I would really recommend this hotel A wonderful time was had

Amazing place ,great food and amazing staff everyone was so friendly the couple who host the restaurant were lovely feeling everyone so friendly and bar manager whent extra mile to delivery a wonderful expresso all times, place always clean with great facilities. Efcharistó Kos .

From start to finish our stay was perfect. We were a group of 10 ladies on a hen party. Hotel is spotless clean, the all inclusive food was great, something for everyone. Rooms were OK but a bit dated but very clean. Hotel is in a good location. 25 mins walk to town or €8 euros

The worst hotel I've ever been to in my entire life. The hotel is not clean, everything is mismatched (no umbrella is the same, our room was dilapidated,…) The buffet in the restaurant looked the same every day with a very limited choice and on top of that the little that was present It wasn't good. If you want to drink a real coffee or a real coke you will have to pay even though you have paid for an all-inclusive package. Otherwise you are treated to horrible coffee, when you press the button on the machine a big black sprouch comes out and it looks like anything but coffee. In short, the worst experience of my life. Even the people who are in this hotel are disrespectful, they play music on their own speaker and no one says anything, they talk loudly in the evening around the rooms, shout from the balconies,… etc. The rooms were nothing like the rooms shown on the site. It looked more like a prison cell, and the a**osphere is the same as the restaurant IDEM! I will never go back, this hotel almost traumatized me. We totally booked another hotel for the rest of the stay so that we could have a pleasant vacation, it was really depressing! We made a complaint to SunWeb and never heard back.
