Fabulous beach front location. Great grounds with beach, lawn, busy pool, quiet pool - something for everyone. Food varied and tasty.
A watch out: if you are offered rooms 600+, you will be in the Residence part of the hotel - inland/have to cross a road to get there. Not all bad though as it has its own pool and bar with a lot less crowds. You will end up walking a lot though - which we didn’t mind, but others might.
Not sure why the hotel restricts a la carte restaurants to once per stay instead of once per week. It was very empty when we went. Italian food was not that much better than main restaurant so you are not massively missing out.
Store merchandise was very expensive, but not sure if this would be same across all hotels.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Wat een fantastische ervaring… heerlijke ontspannen massages en zeer goede masseuse Maro. Echt een aanrader om heerlijk te ontspannen. Ook voor iets stevigere massages ben je hier aan het juiste adres. Perfecte aanvulling op een heerlijke vakantie.

Maro was amazing! Broke down knots that have been there for ages! Very happy! Feel super relaxed! Pressure was perfect. She was amazing at slowing round an injury on my leg. The facial was amazing, skin feels super smooth. And I got a free product which I’m happy with! Would come again!

My best experience at this hotel was the entertainment team. I was in many hotels, on many all inclusive vacation but the other hotels cant compete with this team. Everybody was so nice, so polite and time with them was ELITE!! They’ve always made sure that you are having fun! Best guys ever ＜33

The hotel looks amazing, food is ok but lacks of variety. The see is right next to the pool so we can enjoy both at the same time. The entertainment team is great very good people happy to be here to entertain us. It would just be better to have different activities than always the same ones every day.

Très bon séjour, hôtel parfait et emplacement idéal. Belle chambre et bien orienté. Le rooftop = coin de paradis. Buffet pour satisfaire tout le monde et varié. Spa avec multiples choix, personnellement corp +- 70'. Je suis sorti de là, complètement relaxé. Ma masseuse s'appelait Maro. Personnel aimable, souriant et disponible. Exemple j'ai oublié, à mon arrivée, ma sacoche avec papiers, smartphone et cartes dans le bus. En 30 minutes, j'étais rassuré et avais récupéré le tout 1 heure après. Merci à l'équipe TUI d'avoir sauvé mes vacances.

Great family vacation, the place is great and peacefully at the start of the season. Cold water doesn't put off kids! The children were very well received by a wonderfull animation team, and a great emotional moment: my children, rugby fans, fans of his Springbooks from South Africa met "Mario" Jayden, who gave them a wonderful gift! ＜3 An unforgettable moment for all of us. We recommand the hote & to meet Super "Mario"!
