Wat een zalige vakantie! Goed gekozen van onze reisorganisatie. Super vriendelijke bediening. Waanzinnig lekker eten. Elke dag een nieuw menu uit 5 gangen dat aan tafel werd gebracht. Wij hebben er echt lekkere Griekse maaltijden gegeten wat je anders nooit zou durven bestellen. Dit ook dankzij de enthousiaste mensen van het restaurant die de kaart even kwamen toelichten. Met een Maitre d'Hotel die dan nog eens een gepaste wijn erbij versierde. De bediening was stijlvol maar niet stijf. We hebben samen heel wat afgelachen. Echt vakantie .... De bar moet niet onder doen. De gerechten 's middags zijn misschien iets te groot zodat je 's avonds niet veel plaats meer hebt. Een brede rustige baan oversteken om aan het strand te gaan liggen is ook geen bezwaar en aan het zwembad was het (welk superlatief kan ik nu nog gebruiken?) Aan de vooravond van een nieuw seizoen wens ik alle medewerkers van dit hotel veel moed en werkplezier toe! (De Beach ervaring van dit hotel aan de andere kant van het eiland ... een echt paradijs)

Loved the lay out of the hotel especially the rooms leading straight out onto the pool. A small hotel which suited us for a few days stay.
The restaurant staff were exceptional. I have a dietary intolerance and they went out of their way to make sure I knew what was safe to eat. They were always smiling and friendly.
The only downside which wasn’t clear on the website is that the beach is on the other side of the road.
Would love to return to this hotel

Nice hotel, but it is no more a new hotel. The outdoor area is fantastic. Room was cleaned nicely every day, but did show some history of use, but it was a nice room. The bed in our room was simply put dreadful(it was round and they could not provide extra supportmatress that fit the bed, so I slept poorly for 10 days). We got what we ordered, but staff seemed somewhat inexperienced, they did not do amfollowup on our issues. And I’m no fan of chasing service or chasing sunbeds when you are at a 5star hotell.
Loved our stay, but it had some shortcomings.
The private beach is great, some noice from the road beside the hotel and you need to take a bus or rent a bike to get to other restaurants than the hotels.
Would recommend the hotel, but 5 star with premium pricing, really?

Wir waren die letzten 2 Oktoberwochen im Diamond Deluxe und total begeistert . Das Zimmer mit Poolblick - sehr sauber , groß und das Bad mit vielen Pflegemitteln ( Shampoo , Duschbad , Bodylotion , Conditioner ….) Der Aussenbereich Top- Pool wurde jeden Tag gereinigt - einziges Manko( der Pool war sehr kalt) Der Strand mit bequemen Liegen ist direkt gegenüber vom Hotel - Empfehlung Badeschuhe , Kies im Meer , sonst wird’s gefährlich . Beim Frühstück gab es Buffet - alles was das Herz begehrt , zumal es noch eine Karte gab wo man sich Rührei, Spiegelei usw . bestellen konnte, es gab immer O Saft , Wasser und alles Arten von Kaffeegetränken. Das Abendbrot… als wir gebucht haben , waren wir skeptisch da es kein Buffet sondern ein Menü gibt. Was soll ich sagen - es war fantastisch.Es gab immer eine Menükarte mit 2 Suppen, 3 Salate, 4 Starters , 5 Hauptgerichte und 3 Desserts zur Auswahl- in 14 Tagen gab es kaum Wiederholungen. Und es war lecker Danke an das Personal , besonders im Restaurant- speziell Zaizan❤️ und Xrisa ihr habt unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen - es ist ruhig , sauber und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohlgefühlt Danke an das gesamte Team

This place is perfect for couples. Lovely modern decor and amenities. The swimming pool is absolutely massive and very peaceful with no young children. This hotel is a real piece of paradise in its seclusion to kos town and the hotels closer to it. The spa facilities were wonderful and both restaurants were amazing. You have to spend an evening on the restaurant on the balcony to see the gorgeous Mediterranean sunset. There’s so much more I could say, but I’m summary this place is an absolute bargain and a must stay if you are a couple or mature family visiting kos.

Unfortunately this is a negative review for the Diamond Deluxe Hotel. I feel compelled to leave this review to warn other potential guests of this risk. The hotel on the whole was great, however the experience was marred by my apple AirPods being stolen from our room. It is also disappointing that the hotel was very quick to defend its policies on “returning lost property” and inferring that they had been lost rather than stolen. The AirPods showed up on the apple “find my” app as initially being in near by Kos. Subsequently they have been identified accurately in a nearby hotel (The Atlantis) and then showed up later back in The Diamond Deluxe. This clearly shows that they are now being used by someone who works at the hotels. Tracking these over a number of weeks these showed up at the hotel on a regular basis. I shared this with the hotel who responded, but never made any commitment to resolving this. They won the battle of attrition as eventually I have given up pursuing them and this is why I have ended up writing this review.

Personnel aux petits soins pour une clientèle de couples discrets anglais / allemands essentiellement. Un point fort est le cuisinier de l’établissement au top (il manque un pâtissier). Le petit déjeuner mérite le détour pour sa qualité. Confort optimal côté piscine avec une literie impeccable et un grand calme. Attention piscine extérieure immense mais non chauffée donc la mer de l’autre côté de la route est plus chaude… le problème est l’absence de conscience environnementale dans tout l’espace public (particulièrement visible à la plage en fin de saison touristique)

Sadly not 5* beautiful building and pool however room shabby, jacuzzi bath wasn’t working. I don’t expect to have mould in the bathroom, stained worn furniture. Breakfast although a vast choice often lukewarm, eggs overcooked served in badly chipped crockery. Staff were miserable no conversation at breakfast. Zero atmosphere, no entertainment. Nothing at all within walking distance, overlooking a main road. Expensive holiday which didn’t match expectations.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at the Diamond de Luxe (our 2nd visit) We completely chilled out and relaxed. Which is what we wanted to do. It is a couples hotel. No day time activities on site nor is there any evening entertainment. There is a bus service from directly outside the hotel that takes you directly into Kos town but depending on the time of day can get very busy. We took the taxi a couple of times which was readonably priced Staff all very professional and courteous and nothing too much trouble Food was excellent, with good choices We will probably return someday!
