Very nice hotel with friendly staff, especially Aaron driving the guests around with a big smile and good vibes! Both pools are amazing with enough space. The sea is at walk distance from the hotel with a nice beachbar . The view from the hotel is beautiful. The hotel is very clean. You can do a lot at the hotel but a quick drive and your in the city where you can eat and drink.

My friend and I have just enjoyed a fantastic holiday at the Kouros Palace at Mastihari on Kos. From the moment we arrived the staff were so welcoming, friendly, helpful and always smiling. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Special mention must go to Nikos, Eleni and Katerina on reception and also to Aaron the hotel's buggy driver who took us with our luggage to and from our apartment. He also took us down to the beach several times as well as taking us on a tour of the hotel site. He kept us laughing with his pop music and singing, plus his cheery hellos to everyone we went past. The food was delicious and varied, beautifully prepared, presented and plentiful. Drinks in the dining room were on tap, wines, beer, soft drinks, coffee, teas and water. The restaurant manager greeted us every day and all dining room staff were attentive and friendly, clearing the tables promptly and making sure they were spotlessly clean. Our room was cleaned every other day with fresh linen and towels. The air conditioning was great and the mosquito netting on the balcony door was a big bonus. This was the first year in Greece we did not get any mosquito bites at all. All the hotel bars were run very well, there was a good selection of cocktails, local spirits, wines and beer. There were always a good variety of hot and cold snacks available at the beach and pool bars. Avignis at the beach bar was always very friendly and the beach drinks service was also much appreciated. There were plenty of sun beds with parasols on the beach. The evening entertainment was good, with dancers, disco nights etc. During the day there were excellent stretching and yoga classes plus aquarobics for those who wished to participate. The kids were kept amused during the day and in the evening by two excellent children's entertainers. We couldn't find fault with the hotel and would definitely recommend it to friends. It certainly earns its 5 stars.

I would like to start by saying this holiday was absolutely amazing not only because the staff where all very friendly and helpful but we met some amazing people who helped to make our holiday special. The hotel itself was lovely there is nothing bad i can say about this hotel the food was pretty much as you would expect from an All Inclusive everything was clean and cooked really well, the bar and entertainment i really enjoyed never waited long to be served the staff were all so friendly to Name few Alexander on the Upstairs pool bar always had a smile and is a very nice young lady Also Aaron who drove the buggy to and from the beach what a very pleasant man always greeted us with a smile and kind words like i said all the staff was pleasant can't remember all the names we would definitely go back to this hotel. Thank you all for a great holiday experience.

The hotel grounds are kept very clean, the staff are friendly (Apart from housekeeping) . Food plentiful and a good variety, always kept topped up. Themed nights would be a good idea. Cocktails need improving. Towels need to be changed more frequently and of a better quality as they were very discoloured and thin! I had to contact reception twice in the 7 days as towels had been taken and not replaced. A water dispenser would be beneficial so the bottle given on arrival could be topped up, obviously saving on plastic. The beach and beach bar are lovely, a pity that it is not open later in the evening until after sunset. The alacarte restaurant that is offered to guests 1 visit per stay free of charge was ok however drinks are not free when eating there. Always plenty of sun beds at the pool and beach. The evening entertainment was varied and catered for all nationalities and tastes.
