The hotel is very clean and the manager was always around to check on things and ask guests if everything is ok which I thought was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a room in the main building which was lovely. Very modern and clean with a beautiful view of the mountains. Very relaxing. The negatives are it’s very isolated so had to hire a quad as taxis were expensive as quite far away from everything and the buses weren’t working as it was over their Easter holidays. The bus wasn’t that regular either so made it very difficult. Not great for kids as not much to do. Hardly any evening entertainment and not much good when there was. The food wasn’t great. Not much choice, luke warm and very salty . Not much taste to a lot of it. Bread and rolls were stale . Drinks were not much better as there wasn’t much choice and they were all watered down . If you wanted a latte or cappuccino or any other drinks off the menu then you have to pay. It has put us off going all inclusive again as has to eat out a lot as couldn’t bring ourselves to eat in the restaurant. Kos town and local towns are lovely and a beautiful place to visit. The hotel was lovely but wouldn’t go back . Not much of a beach so had to go to next town where there are plenty of beaches and sun loungers .

We could not fault anything at this hotel. We stayed in the main hotel building with a seaview which was just beautiful. The room had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. Air conditioning, fly screens, hairdryer, fridge, coffee and tea and complimentary wine on arrival. We arrived late (early hours) due to air traffic strikes but the staff had provided food for us to snack on. There is a shop within the hotel to buy essentials and inflatables for the pool. The food in the hotel and outside grill was amazing, great selection even for me being gluten free. The range of desserts was phenomenal. Everything was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and spoke most languages. A bus goes past the hotel at the end of the driveway every 40 minutes to take you to Kos Town for 3 euros each way. And of course the weather was just beautiful with stunning sunsets across the sea.

From the moment we arrived, they greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to assist. Their professionalism and friendliness were consistently top-tier, making us feel like a valued guest. Definitely we'll be return for more days.

We stayed in Aeolos Beach Hotel from 16th Oct to 23rd Oct. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean and modern. Hotel/room - We were in a premium bungalow (should be called apar**ents as there is not disability access and was not on ground level), this was the only available room when we booked. We were told at check in that we had reserved sun beds by the pool as we were in a “premium” room however we did not realise this was at the second pool, not the main pool (which has music, activities, a pool bar). It gives a feeling of segregation and exclusion. The pool bar at our pool was open for the afternoon on two days and then closed permanently so if you wanted a drink you had to walk to the other pool to get one, by the time you got back your drink was flat or watery. The hotel is a 10 min bus ride from Kos town or a taxi ride to other places such as Tigaki therefore not much to do on the evenings, most people playing cards or in their rooms. So being in a “premium” room made you feel even more excluded as your room was so far away from anything going on. Also, the TV in our room had only 2 English channels which often would be showing German shows. The beach itself at the hotel, is long however it is shingles and pebbles, not much sand at all which makes it difficult getting in and out of the sea or sitting on the beach. However the water is warm and we did swim in the sea everyday as the pool water was freezing! Food and drink - The food options were poor to say the least. Most nights the only meat option was pork (my friend does not eat pork which made it very difficult for her). Secondly, the hot food was the only labelled food, everything else was not labelled, there had a number of salad/pasta/desert dishes which you had no idea what was in them. As it was all inclusive we expected to be able to serve ourselves drinks at meal times however we couldn’t (other than juice and hot drinks at breakfast), you were served a drink when you sat down and then forgotten about and had to get someone’s attention to get another drink. It felt like the waiters ignored you and only collected plates if you left the table. The drink service at meal times was awful and needs serious reconsideration. Staff - Reception staff were friendly and on arrival took us and our cases to our room on a buggy as it was so far away. However, the majority of the staff were rude and unfriendly, specifically the pool bar staff. They rarely smiled and did not say hello, good bye or thank you. A very disappointing experience. Would not recommended this hotel, 2/5.

The room was exceptionally clean, setting a high standard for comfort and hygiene. The pool, not only huge but also immaculately maintained, provided a refreshing escape. The highlight of my stay was the full-body massage, a truly rejuvenating experience. Additionally, the fast check-in process allowed me to quickly settle in and start enjoying the hotel's fantastic amenities. This place knows how to make a guest feel welcomed and pampered.

The entertainment staff at this hotel were a dynamic and fun-loving bunch. Their enthusiasm and creativity added an extra layer of enjoyment to my stay. From daytime activities to evening entertainment, they kept the a**osphere lively and engaging. Whether it was a thrilling performance or a relaxing live music session, the hotel's evening entertainment was the perfect way to unwind after a day of adventure. They truly knew how to make every night special.

This was our first trip abroad as a family, we went the week before half term and this was towards the close of the season for the hotel which I believe closes on the 1st of November. We were met on arrival, we were the last stop on the transfer coach and arrived at about 2pm, the reception staff showed us straight into the restaurant where the staff had kept the dinner buffet open for us which was really kind although they did mention several times they were just about to close up which was a shame. Room We had a sea view bungalow, really modern, lovely big shower and good space on clean bathroom, bedroom big enough and were delighted to have a fridge which we got water for each day. Safe in room, good wardrobe system, TV and two chairs, table and two sun loungers plus an umbrella right outside our patio which faced the beach and over to Turkey. The beach is variable, some patches are clay like and a bit grubby, but if you go left and up towards the outside restaurant (which was sadly closed, it look really good though) there is better sand. Hotel grounds These are kept very clean and the gardeners were always busy cutting lawns and tidying, pool area was clean and the poolside loos were usually ok too, be careful as the poolside tiles are really slippy, a lot of people slipped over while we were there. The pool is a good size, water polo nets at shallower end, really good deep end of over 2.5 meters. This was strangely much warmer than the smaller kids pool which was very cold every day as was the jacuzzi, bubbles were great but it was freezing. Lifeguard was really nice and despite not speaking English was very friendly, bar staff were great too. There is a kids park and a giant chess board too. We didn't venture to the other pool much as the sunbeds there are purely reserved for the pink wristband superior guests but it looked ok. There is a football pitch and a basketball court but I'm unsure if these are even part of the hotel as they are very overgrown. Any grassy areas throughout the grounds especially near the beach had a few spiky thorns which would pierce even flip flops and trainers so be on the watch for them. There is a shop, pool table (2euros a go) and a bar inside which was open in evenings only. Food My wife and I loved the food, it was a bit repetitive but was decent, one guest did tell us she microwaved everything to heat it up further but we thought it was ok. Our kids aren't as open to new flavours as we are and there was very little provision for kids foods, some pasta and fries but pizza only appeared once and no real effort to provide for younger ones, I totally get that other people's kids might be more open to trying new foods but many including ours wont be. Breakfasts are really good, omelettes made to order by the legend that is the Pancake Guy, cooked breakfasts, plus continental with loads of fruit etc. We often didn't bother going in for lunch as you can get something from the poolside grill from t

Booked this resort for myself , partner and 2 kids it stated on their website they had evening entertainment, children’s pools , bars and restaurants so for a 4 start all inclusive hotel we expected to have all of the above but there was no entertainment only 2 nights with karaoke from 9pm and was not the best, most things were closed and bars restricted to opening times , drinks were flat and were hardly pouring any alcohol and the response was this is all we have left as end of season well yes but you have a full hotel so was not happy with that along with the lifeguard not being friendly at all it was if they did not want you there the vibe from the staff , for children or adults the shop on site was not stocked and there was no snacks, no juice etc so will not be returning again I will return to Kos as lovely island but not hotel but our experience and after speaking with the majority of guests they felt the same we were all board and food was not great not much of an option available especially if you are gluten free or have kids who like simple foods .
