Lots of people have complained about this place but we had a great time we are even returning next month, the pools were clean and a good temperature, so much there for kids as well as adults, the food was amazing great choice every single night there was something different, the views from the room were lovely, the shuttle bus was there every 10-30 mins to take you down to the bottom the cleaners were so kind, the animation team were brilliant too, seen people moaning about the bar men not everyone has good days, some days they could be a little grumpy but others they were brilliant, would definitely recommend and go again and again!!!!

I definitely recommend the Kipriotis Panorama Aqualand hotel. The location is beautiful and close to kos centre, the buffet and snacks are amazing and the service is fantastic. Staff is so friendly in general and especially Betty was so friendly and helpful. On our last day they still let you hang out in the hotel while you wait for your pick up and have food, drinks, etc. Betty was always so helpful with us and our toddler she even arranged for us to have dinner one night at a sister hotel. I definitely recommend Aqualand, it was a great experience.

The hotel itself is well-appointed and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the views from the balcony are stunning. The staff is friendly and attentive, and they went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. In particular, we would like to give a special shout-out to Arisa, a waitress at the hotel's restaurant. Arisa was so kind and patient with our young daughter, Elia. She took the time to get to know Elia and make her feel special. Elia had a great time at the restaurant.

The place is on a huge hill. The rooms are so dated. The reception staff are so rude.Food was the same for breakfast, dinner and tea. The alcohol was like water. When we arrived we were bused up to the top of the hill. After that you had to walk up and down it. We actually asked to be moved which eventually we were.We were moved be side this big noisy air conditioner which I think was for the complete block. We were entitled to a meal in the panorama. When we tried to book it we were told it was booked out both times We had to hire a car to escape from the place. NEVER EVER again

If I could give less than one star I would!! Awful place, the hotel is so dirty and the staff are the most ignorant and arrogant people we've ever met. They closed the water park two of the days we were there and when the gate was open and myself and my child went in, unknowing it was closed. We were shouted at and told it was forbidden to go into the area.. and why had we come in. I said the gate wasn't locked and was open and he called me a liar!! Rooms are very basic and dirty, we had a very dirty toilet and mould in the fridge!! The shower washed the whole room more than yourself, the toilet never stopped running we had to turn the water off to it to get some sleep. Service... where do I start the food same things for every meal, if your going to loose weight this is the hotel or should I say boot camp for you!! More like prison than a holiday... the drinks are like water with a dash of flavour and I mean a dash. Complained to the manager regarding the lack of food and his reply was be grateful ypu have food!! What?! Kids entertainment, once you've seen it you have seen it 10,000 times, same rubbish every night. Location, miles away from anything, lots of very starving animals, cats, goats and cows very sad to see!! The beach is awful full of rocks, no sand and very run down. €10 for a taxi into kos and €10 back. Ended up hiring a car just to get out of the place. Everyone was complaining at the lack of food, salad and bread nothing else. Same puddings every meal. If you had sausage for breakfast you would se it again at lunch and dinner and it would be in the snack sandwiches too!! Nothing fresh all reused from one meal to another. Total waste of money.... don't go we couldn't wait to get the airport!!!

This is a decent hotel and we really enjoyed our holiday. Rooms are massive and spacious. Yes they are quite old fashioned inside but we were happy with that especially given the views from the hotel. Food at the hotel was of a decent quality although a little repetitive. I think this was due to us staying at the hotel for its last week of opening with theme nights not adhered to and a serious amount of pork on offer. During the day morning snack and afternoon tea were available consisting of cake, fruit salad and sandwiches which were all nice. The hotel has two main pools which were really nice and never overwhelmed. The slides were great fun and never required queuing for. Sun beds were plentiful. The hotel is high up a hill but offers a free bus down the hill running pretty much every ten minutes so you can get down to the beach or the bus stop to Kos really easily. The beach at the bottom is great for swimming in and snorkelling, although the beach itself is not lovely, it was nice for a change of scenery and the views were awesome. You can get a bus to Kos town at the bottom of the road and Kos Town is lovely with lots to do. Other than that the hotel is pretty isolated with nothing in Psalidi other than a small shop. We were happy with this and aware before we came but if you are looking for a lively hotel and resort this is not the place for you The hotel offers entertainment during the day which people seemed to enjoy. Also a mini disco and the usual karaoke / quizzes in the evening. The evening entertainment was pretty poor but did offer background noise. We found the drinks to be pretty decent. Fizzy drinks were variable some days nice others not so. Overall this is a nice hotel and if the food had been a little more varied I think I would have given 5 stars.

We spent 15 days at Aqualand Does the hotel have any negatives the rooms were old but clean the food average the mini disco played the same songs but the children had fun but the holiday we went to like a hotel didn't make it a great holiday but the great staff as soon as we sat down in the restaurant the first impression was Betty with her wonderful smile and her service and she taught us Greek words he is a wonderful person who makes you feel good we thank her, we believe that the time has come and we come to be greeted by her wonderful smile

Kipriotis aqua land has some great features but is lacking in others. We couldn't understand the layout of the hotel especially for evening entertainment. The evening entertainment was in the outdoor restaurant area. This meant is was very cramped and you were sitting around the table you have just eaten your evening meal. We found this a bit odd. There wasn't an entertainment schedule. The hotel have a small entertainment team of 3 people. It was the same every night, mini disco for the kids then usually karaoke or games. Kids were running around inbetween tables, jumping on and off a wall and it appeared most parents were ok with there kids doing this . The hotel has a large amputheater with stage and a bar area but this was closed. It was the last week of the season however the hotel was full so I don't know why it was closed, could have been because there wasn't any actual entertainment like greek dancing, shows etc. The food is tasty and cooked properly but some nights there wasn't always something that grabbed us. We also felt the restaurant was a bit like a cafeteria rather than a restaurant. Drinks are typical all inclusive. The rooms are very spacious which we appreciated with 2 young children. Cleaned daily with fresh bedding, towels and toilet paper replenished along with tea and coffee. We bought milk from the on site shop as the cream cartons in the room left floaty bits on the coffee. A bottle of water is in the fridge on arrival but after that you need to buy your own. The main pool is deep all the way through, I could touch the bottom on my tip toes and I'm 5ft 5inch. There is a toddler pool. The sunbeds are reasonably comfortable and plenty of them. A mixture of sunny areas and shady spots. Music is played in the morning, just a bit too loud we felt. It is switched off for a couple of hours after lunch then back on at 3 and water polo is played if you want to join in and sometimes aquq aerobics. The aqua park is fun. The pool area around it is deep again and music is played all day loud. Ice cream is good, standard chocolate, vanilla and strawberry flavours. Sandwiches and fruit tubs are available and the sandwichs are pretty decent. The hotel is at the top of a hill and has spectular views. The hotel bus service is good and the mini bus is old as time and the seats all taped up. The driver is a lovely man and works very hard. No lifts so be prepared to carry your suitcases up the stairs upon arrival. Steep hills when walking from your room to the pools. We went to Kos town several times both in the day and night and it cost around 5 euros for 2 adults and 2 children and 10 euros for a taxi. Kos town is lovey we loved it! The yellow submerine glass bottom boat trip is lovely for families. You see a ship wreck and mermaids! There is a swim stop, life jackets available. The hotel beach is nice but water shoes are a must as the seabed is pebbles. 2 sunbeds and pod is 5 euros, drinks and sandwiches from the blue van are available a

We stayed here for the last week of the season with our 2 children aged 6 and 8. We booked Kipriotis Aquqland with our children in mind thinking there would be good family entertainment in the evenings but this was sadly a big disappointment. The evening entertainment consisted of a 20 minute mini disco in the outdoor restaurant area, meaning all guests are packed in one area around tables that have been arranged for people to enjoy eating together not at all inviting to sit and enjoy a show. After 2 nights we realised there weren't going to be any shows. Despite the hotel having a large amputheater and stage this wasn't used, I appreciate it was last week before closing but the hotel was full and we paid halfterm premium prices. I don't think the hotel pays for entertainment shows they have a small entertainment team (3 people) they are pleasant and try their best but there is only so much they can do. I was expecting greek dacing, magician etc. Due to the lack of entertainment children were running around tables and jumping on and off walls because there isn't any space for them and they were bored. I personally would not allow my children to do that and didn't want them seeing it so we went out to the old town most nights or watched films in our room on our phones. There is a pool table and air hockey around the pool but this obviously isn't enough for hundreds of families. We did hear lots of swearing from children who looked about 12! The food is tasty and cooked properly but some nights we felt nothing really grabbed us. We felt the restaurant had a cafeteria feel rather than a restaurant vibe. The pool areas are nice with a mix of shady areas and sunny areas. Music is played loud but at intervals not all day (thankfully). Our children enjoyed the splash park and slides. The rooms are basic and dated but very spacious and clean, the cleaning staff are lovely. We appreciated the space. A bottle of water in the fridge on arrival but after that you need to buy your own. There is a kettle but you need to move it nr a plug. Sachets of tea and coffe replenished daily but recommend buying milk as the carton milk/cream floats on the coffee. Excellent hotel bus service to run guests down the hill to the main road, driven by a very lovely but over worked and I get the impression, under appreciated man. We caught the bus to town serval times both in the day and evening and it cost around 5 euros for 2 adults and 2 children. A taxi was 10 euros. Kos town is a nice place to be with plenty to see and do. One our best mornings was on the yellow submarine glass bottom boat. Kids absolutely loved it and the crew on board are fantastic. We called this hotel the good, the bad and the ugly as we had such mixed feelings. If you are accustomed to 4 star hotels then look elsewhere. If you're happy with 3 star and just want some sun and a good view and like going out in the evenings or are happy to sit in the same area all night for 7 nights drinking a
