In September 2023 we were lucky enough to stay in the "Kaloxenia Apar**ents" in a 3-person studio on the 2nd floor. Our studio had a large balcony and a smaller one on the other side of the house. Two deck chairs were also provided for us on the large balcony in addition to the seating area. Everything is lovingly furnished, including a small kitchen that was well equipped with glasses, plates, pots, tea towels, etc. The shower was equipped with a long shower curtain so the floor was always dry. The water pressure was also excellent and there was always warm water. The beds had very good mattresses, which ensured a comfortable sleep. The cleanliness of the rooms, the changing of towels and bed linen as well as the helpfulness and friendliness of Natasha and Georgius left nothing to be desired. We would like to thank you very much for that! We can therefore highly recommend this accommodation and would easily give it one more star. Kos itself certainly offers something for every taste, whether for hiking enthusiasts in varied nature, miles of beaches for bathing enthusiasts or for visitors to mountain villages, some of which are located at dizzying heights and offer fantastic views of the neighboring islands. There is even a lot on offer on the island of Kos for lovers of historical cultural sites, monasteries and museums. Best wishes, Elisabeth and Roland.

Natascia (owner) and her son Dimitri are special people and are always available to give you all the information you need. Very lovely place. The location is great, the town center and beaches are reachable by foot in a couple minutes. The airport is less than a 10 minutes drive from it. The lady that checked us in us was really nice and welcoming, always available in case we had requests. In addition, our room was nice and clean, with a lovely view and a balcony. The price-quality ratio was very good.

What to say... Structure well positioned a stone's throw from everything... But the thing that deserves to be reviewed is the welcome, availability and humanity of Natasha (the owner)... I have traveled a lot but such beautiful people have I've seen few.... Recommended!!!!
