The room was like a 5 star hotel the food was very different each meal so you had plenty of choices even for a picky eater like me and the staff are all so friendly and really welcome you even the gardener and the cleaners are all very helpful the location is a good walk into town but the taxis are cheap. So see again in May it’s all booked

Second time to stay here? Truly special place- I almost didn’t want to write this review as I don’t want anyone else to know how great it is! Staff, grounds, location all perfect for us. Better for couples than young families is probably the only additional thing I’d add to the other reviews. See you all next year x

Arrived back from another fantastic stay at Gaia Garden yesterday, as always a massive thanks to the staff who keep the rooms and gardens immaculate. Also,all the restaurant staff who work very hard,& go above and beyond in a friendly, cheerful manner;Sylvia,Socrates, Emilio,thank you so much ❤️ Thanks also to Katrin,who does a great job in the bar during the day,with a friendly smile 😃 The evening/ night team are outstanding, as always, & have all worked extra hard this year,supporting each other. Lovely to meet up with friends again, & spend quality time with very special people 😊 .Have a good rest this winter,see you again in May.

On arrival at the hotel there was such warm welcome. We went straight to lunch before checking in. The staff are absolutely lively and work non stop. I have a massive aversion to tomato so my food choices are always restricted but my plate was still as full as I wanted every meal. Loved the Moussaka on Greek night. The grounds are beautiful such a variety of plants. I loved all the cats and their visits and affection. Day one back home have booked to return next June as trying Lesvos in October. Sure my daughter and I will return frequently. My mobilty is not clever but room pool and restaurant are close

Absolutly lovely! The nicest, loveliest holiday I've ever had. The hotel is so beautiful, I love the garden, the gardener is doing such a great job -the are so pretty. Big thanks to the cleaning staff - my room was spotless, everyday I had clean towels and freshly made bed. My room was really nice with double-bed, some desk and a new wardrobe. Also the bathroom was really nice with a shower. The lady at the reception was absolutely lovely - always nice and helpful - she help with organising little trips and all of her advices were perfect. I came at night and was warmly welcome with coffee and breakfast (and I shouldn't get my room till 3 P.M. but they still let me go in there at 7 A.M.!). The waiters are so nice always asking about your plans and how do you feel. The food at the restaurant is really good and in my opinion everyone should be satisfied with the variety - there were always some traditional Greek positions and something else. I absolutelly loved the waffles and ice-cream (yeah, I've got sweet tooth). There were always some options for kids like pasta, chicken nuggets, fries, pizza. On Thursdays there are some traditional Greek foods like kebab. The lady at the restaurant is so lovely! The staff at the pool bar is wonderful - always nice, helpful and charming. The pool area is quite nice - the pool is so cleans qnd the water pleaserous even in October. There are lots of sunbeds and other places to sit by the pool. And there are sweet kitties everywhere. The beach is about 10 minutes from the hotel and it is very beautiful. The supermarket is about 5 minutes from the hotel and you can get there almosy everything. You can go to Kos town (20 min by feet) or rent a bike to go to Asclepieon (30 min). You can also go to Zia by bus from Kos town (20 min trip, 2.10 €) To sum up: the hotel has a nice atmosphere, you can feel like in second home. Everyone is really lovely and they treat like a family. It may not be so luxurious but it is really pretty there and I would definitely come again. Big thanks to Matina, Electra, Katrin, Elson, Emiljano and the other waiters, the cook, the cleaning staff and everybody else - you made me feel so welcome at some hard time in my life. The only minus are the smokers - but it mostly shows only because some people are not respectful to others and just smoke near you.

Lovely stay here. Easy 25-30 min walk into Kos town or you can take a bus from near the Konstantinos supermarket (5 mins walk away) - costs €1.10. Bus back is from the dolphin roundabout. There is so much to see in Kos town that you’ll want to visit more than once - Roman Villa, fortress, Roman odeon, ruins of agora, old town ruins, Asclepieion of Hippocrates…. Boat trips and fishing trips available from the harbour Hotel accommodation is perfectly adequate and clean. Bathroom a bit dated but not a problem. Comfy mattresses Food is freshly cooked and tasty. Fish, meat, pasta, salads, fruit, yoghurt, desserts. There is limited choice but perfectly acceptable. All-inc drinks are limited - beer, wine, soft drinks, ouzo, tequila, rum, vodka. Wifi is excellent. No british TV. Sunbeds are comfy. Pool towels cost €3 and can be changed twice a week. Turn right out of the hotel and you’re on the beach within 8 mins. Turn left and you’re on the beach within 15 mins (quieter beach). Plenty of places to hire bicycles The one downside here was people smoking everywhere. Would be nice to have some outdoor non-smoking sections - especially as the sunbeds are close together. Even though the bar is outside it was so smoky we didn’t use it. Even the barman was smoking behind the bar! The covered games area with air hockey and pool (2€ per hour) is also smoky - should be non-smoking under there. Enjoyed the free table tennis. The pool is fabulous - warm and deep. Very clean. Staff were pleasant - particularly the gardener and the cleaner. Friendly receptionist. Lovely young girl in the food buffet. Thank you to all of you.
