Mitsis Summer Palace

Came here for the first time for a week and could not have loved the stay more! The hotel layout was fantastic with lots to discover, with all restaurants feeling unique with delicious menus! Some days there were djs by the pool or beach giving that extra fun feel to the day. The staff couldn’t have been friendly in all the restaurants and the leads like Billy and George made sure everything was seamless every time we ate. The value for money was incredible given the quality of the food/drinks and variety of experiences. Loved our stay and would definitely come back!

I spent eight amazing days at Mitsis Summer Palace Kos and loved every moment. The rooms were spotless with fantastic views, making for a delightful stay. While there are many stairs due to the hillside location, lifts are available, and walking around was a great way to work off the delicious food and drinks. The variety and quality of the meals were outstanding, and the cocktails were a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a perfect holiday experience. Highly recommend this beautiful resort!

We stayed in a junior suite with my husband and our two children. The view was beautiful as it prevailed and very quiet. We had almost all our meals at the themed restaurants as we are also lovers of sushi food. We also had a wonderful time at the den bar as we were able to cook our own food on the grill. The staff work hard and are always polite and friendly. Big shout out to captain billy and his team for their impeccable service and helpfulness. I would like to add that one more positive thing is that there are bus routes to and from Kardamena almost every hour.

Aesthetically an absolutely gorgeous hotel. The views are breathtaking, and the facilities nice and clean. The complex is huge! We vere shocked upon arrival, but it still feels quite peaceful and it like its own little village. The rooms are also beautiful and clean, but we had some struggles with missing hot water, and sockets not working at times. The main restaurant is a bit low on variety, but we really loved the themed restaurants. I have to point out that the service in the restaurants and bars are a bit slow, up to half an hour just to receive a drink. We found the main bar by the reception to be the best. The Mediterranean restaurant was amazing! Great food and such friendly staff, I am so sad I don't remember their names to give them a proper mention. The staff across the hotel is very friendly and helpful for the most of it, but I do feel like they are a bit understaffed. The Den barbeque restaurant/bar down by the beach was also great. An intimate place for a romantic dinner or just a drink. Felt like a hidden gem in such a big hotel complex. The entertainment is a bit hit and miss. We really enjoyed the legend dance show on Wednesday night down at the Den. Good music, and so much fun! The show that followed them was a rather big disappointed . The performance held a very low quality, and there was a long wait between every act, making it rather boring. We did miss some proper lights, the performers had to change outside and dance on asphalt, making us wish for some better conditions for them. They also have a lot of different musicians and bands playing around the hotel, which we really did appreciate throughout our stay. We took a taxi to Kardamena 2 of the days, and would like to also recommend Noa beach if you spend a day there. The food, drinks and service is great, and it's absolutely worth the money. All in all a great vacation, and we will definitely return!

We just came back from our holidays at mitsis summer palace!!! No words can describe how amazing everything was. The staff will go above and boyond to assist you the best way possible. Amazing rooms and breathtaking view. We have already booked our next vacations for September 2024!!! Can’t wait

The best vacation experience. The stay was great and the staff very kind. The choice of the hotel took off our vacation on the beautiful island of Kos. The view of the infinity pool is breathtaking, the bunch at the med was our favorite . Definitely worth the money !! Will come back for sure

Second time at the hotel and I feel as if not a day has passed. I am equally pleased with everything. Smiling staff ready to serve you with perfectly tasty cocktails and a smile on your face that makes your day. In the infinity pools there is a kind lady who offers drinks and her name is Maggie.. Also the med restaurant has food for everyone the tastes and they are all equally delicious. Big shout out to the CAPTAIN BILLY team at FRESFO. Great and clean service.
