These apartments in Kos town were immaculately clean, lovely comfy bed and a good balcony area to sit out, it had a small kitchen you could cook something simple, large fridge, great coffee machine and capsules replenished when rooms cleaned every day, the whole apartment was spotless and super modern, overall there wasn't anything not to like about it. Located in a nice part of Kos town and only short walk to the old town but lots of restaurants in the local area. The owner Elina was a great host, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

We only stayed for one night as we were catching a ferry the next morning. The studios ordered the taxi to pick us up at KOS airport and the receptionist was waiting for us to check us in. The room was large and comfortable. It was at back but that did not bother us. The girl made a good suggestion of somewhere to eat. The location was good, close to bakeries, cafes, restaurants and the seafront. We would have not hesitation about staying there again.

It was a very nice stay! The hotel is centrally located, a few steps from the sea, but quiet. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are also very comfortable and nicely furnished. The bed is very comfortable, the shower also has a very nice water jet. Marina at reception gave us lots of tips about excursions and restaurants. It was a really nice hotel and I would definitely recommend it!

I am 60 and never normally write reviews but this place was exceptional. Hotel was in a great position for Kos town and the beach plus good bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms were extremely clean and very spacious and well presented. Service was fantastic and friendly. We arrived late and the pick up service and instructions were first class.

We stayed 14 days and had a great time....a fabulous view of the sea, a clean room with all the comforts, in front of a small beach across the road, 15 minutes walk from the city center, lots of restaurants at an excellent quality-price ratio in the surrounding area... a stay that we recommend

This is a fantastic place to stay while in Kos. Comfortable. Beautiful view - (rooms facing the sea).
Things to be aware of:
- there's a bar/restaurant at street level that sometimes has live music. Doesn't go terribly late, but if you are an 'early to bed' person, bring earplugs
- the extra couch bed is in the main path to the bathroom. So whoever will be sleeping there should be aware of that.
- there's no microwave in the kitchenette. That would vibe very useful.
- Staff is very nice & helpful

It is perfect in all areas. It is modern, clean, spacey. The area is perfect if you want a place to stay, that kinda laid back but only couple minutes from the center, but you don't have to, because nearby there are great restaurants, transport rental. The lady of the hotel is very nice, kind and helpful. You just know how much she cares for her guests. I would recommend it

The hotel is beautiful only 15 minute walk in to the centre of kos town The room was lovely and the staff where really helpful We had a sea view with a balcony which was lovely The room was clean and bathroom was lovely too
