Overall the perfect place if you are looking for a reasonable and comfortable place to stay, close to the beach, in this part of Kos. Stergos and his mother runs the place, and they are on their toes to accomodate your needs and wishes. Stergos even waited an hour for me at the airport when my baggage was missing. 10/10 for hospitality! Beautiful and not too busy beaches very close by. The place has an easy and nice a**osphere.

I went there wit my family 4 and 6 years old boys, i chose this apar**ent because of its location close to windsurf center kos where i rented windsurf equipment , which was also great. The location is 5 min from the beach and a couple minutes more to windsurf center. The apar**ents are very clean, very quiet a**osfere, the staff is very nice, we felt really comfortable there. The cleaning lady came every day to pick up the trash, changed the towels. Outside in the garden is a playground for the children. We had a renta car so in the mornings we went with a car exploring the island in the afternoon we went to closest Maramari beach by foot the children enjoyed the sund beach and the waves. The wind got stronger in the after non round 14:00, so i went windsurfing 6/9 days. We had a great time and if we return we will definitely stay in Anthia Apar**ents.

Voglio ringraziare Stergos e sua madre per la splendida accoglienza e per un soggiorno dedito alla massima privacy . Se volete staccare la spina dopo un anno di lavoro Marmari ma soprattutto Anthia apar**ent è il posto giusto . Residence con appartamenti molto essenziale con una buona pulizia a cinque minuti dalla spiaggia circondati da un bellissimo giardino oltre da campi dove pascolano mucche e vitelli . Vicinissimo a tre ottimi ristoranti il mio preferito la taverna greca Aegen . Colazione eccellente con dolci preparati dalla signora buonissimi . Un consiglio portatevi i farmaci per le vostre esigenze la farmacia più vicina dista a circa 10 km circa . La spiaggia di Marmari è molto bella sabbia fine è molto lunga . Il pomeriggio soffia il vento se viete appassionati di windsurf o katesurf è un posto magnifico . Nelle vicinanze voglio segnalare il bagno amvrosia è il suo ottimo ristorante . 2 lettini un ombrellone più due consumazioni solo 8 euro. Questa è la Grecia EF Karisto poli!!

Sehr schön gelegenes einfaches Hotel ohne unnötigen Schnick Schnack, ruhige Lage ( Kühe weiden hinter dem Hotel ), wir hatten ein sauberes großes Zimmer, es gab nix zu bemängeln, der Strand ist in ein paar Gehminuten zu erreichen & schön lang zum laufen, gerne wieder :)

In wenigen Minuten vom Strand liegt die Anlage mit ca. 15 Einheiten. Unser Appartement war einfach eingerichtet, aber recht groß und absolut sauber. Absoluter Pluspunkt: kein überflüssiger Fernseher. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und Preis-/Leistung ist top. Ohne Mietwagen geht es allerdings nicht, was aber ohnehin klar ist, um auf der Insel etwas zu sehen.
