The beach in this place is excellent. You can swim safely - the waves are not so strong. Everything is very picturesque if you go left and right.
Now about the disadvantages. Unfortunately, there are more of them. The staff are very unpolite, you felt like you were not welcome here, they were doing you a favor. Fake smiles. On the day of check-out, a little after 12, for a few minutes the staff began knocking on the door and demanding to vacate the room. Is this worthy of such a hotel chain?
When I tried to pay at the reception with a Union Pay card, the staff said that the terminal for Russian cards did not work. Although, in other places and hotels in Sri Lanka, everything worked without problems and it was possible to pay everywhere. I explain this behavior by lack of customer focus, which, again, is very strange for a hotel of such a chain as Marriott and for the service.
I also want to note that this hotel did not have orthopedic pillows or any other pillows - when I tried to find out about this possibility, I was rudely told that there were no other pillows and that was all. In general, for the staff, service and their attitude - a big minus and a bad rating

We were supposed to stay her for two nights but added another to our itinerary. It's a relaxing and beautiful place for families and friends. The rooms are clean and spacious. Housecleaning is also calling to check if anything is needed . The restaurant has a variety of foods from around the world. The onsite spa has reasonably priced packages and the turtle sanctuary has many sea life to look at.

We We spent an excellent weekend in the hotel. All was good from the welcome ceremony (traditional Sri Lankan dancing welcome), taking care by guest service person Periris? Rooms are big, very convenient clean and have all the facilities. I used the SPA 2 times and both was great Breakfast includes Sri Lankan and western food , a lot to choose from/ We will visit the place again for sure

It was wonderful experience. All the staff are kind and helpful. Specially Mr. Priyashan & Mr. Dilhara was supported us in the buffet time and both are treated everyone as family members. Food is amazing. Total experience is great than the expected.

Delicious cocktails and European food, rightly cooked pasta, lasagna and pizza, both meat and vegetarian cuisine, very nice personal. We have only positive emotions for all our visits here. Strongly recommended for both chill and meal.

Dilhara at s kitchen served us all three meals during our stay. He was very kind, attentive & courteous. He is a real asset to your F & B depar**ent. We wish him all the best in his career at Sheraton. Rest of the staff too is very helpful and trying to please.
