Basic room but it has everything we need. Gd comfortable beds, clean sheets, strong aircon, gd water heater and pressure. Room design could be improved cos no black out curtain so by 6.40am room is bright. When showering the basin area floor gets all wet. Housekeepers Jamiahas and Avite cleaned up really well.

I love the area n the friendly staff. Abit disappointed the room have this insect. Staff did offer room cleaning but this room should clean before we stay in. Anyway overall I can say good due to location.

Overall clean and nice, it is just located opposite the kk market, and walking distance 5min will reach the seafood night market and also some convenience store as well. Check in and checkout is easy even got no reception at lobby, as long as you contact them one day before arrival and advice them your estimate arrival time will do.

Very nice. Good. Welldone. Veru friendly, near to centre. Location at the centre of KK and close to Gaya Street. Easy access to get food also.

Promise time checkin is 2pm but wait until 4pm. Even call for ask estimate time also no answer. Booked also as sea view but get view swimming pool with tree. Room is good but not recommended as service is terrible and not as a booking as well.

Modern design but smells bad came from the floor trap/sink/bathroom. Can you imagine staying in a room with that smells?
Oily floor (staff should get their mop cleaned before mopping room!).
Location was good but the traffic will always heavy / jammed.
The view was superb! Can watch the sunset.

The apartment are very spacious. Just nice for a small family gathering. I would like to come back here again on our next trip.

Room was spacious, view was nice, very clean. But i dont recommend for big family with toddler or oldster bcs of the lift issue. The waiting at the lift was insane esp peak hour, with no aircond. Sweated a lot

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was very pleasant. Our room was facing the ocean and it came with a balcony. Strategic location so it was easy to find places to eat and sightseeing. Everything was within walking distance.
Checking in and out was a breeze with Sharmeni. We asked for a second card room and she kindly attended to our request.
It’s a new building and although there was renovation going on, we weren’t bothered by it. Highly recommend this in KK 👍🏼 10/10.
