Signel Hotel is located strategically at the centre of Kota Kinabalu City. It is situated near to major shopping malls and tourist attraction spots. The hotel offers basic amenities for guests, and it is comfy to stay for a short getaway. I would recommend for all solo travellers to choose this hotel to stay.

Convenient location, bright, cozy, with friendly staff. It was very helpful that the hostel sells adapters for Malaysian sockets. And next door to it, in the next door is the laundry room.
From the minuses - very contrived shower, which I did not immediately understand how to use. And the air conditioner, which I wanted to break so it wouldn't turn me into ice.

Overall very satisfying. However, there are also weaknesses. For example, the TV screen was faded by the scorching sun, and there was no breakfast, but there were bowls, glasses, sugar spoons, coffee, and tea. I like. The rented shophouse lot is very small, resulting in cramped space including the balcony. It's like a mini hotel. The receptionist was only one very nice and friendly person, a Sabah Muslim indigenous woman. He is very cute. Check out was very easy. But you have to wait for time to check in. If there are beds they are only vacant. Tired of waiting. There is no deposit for this hotel. nice one. Best air conditioner. Cheap. I will book again. Thank you for signing

The mattress is not the thin soft mattress commonly seen in youth hostels. It is easy to fall asleep and have a good night's sleep. There is enough space on the bed to put personal belongings. The location of the Hostel is very good and very quiet. It is not suitable to stay near Gaya Street especially on weekends and holidays. There is a back balcony where you can hang wet towels and a change of clothes so they can be dried and worn the next day.
