My stay at this hotel was average. The room, while spacious, felt a bit dated and could use some renovation. Despite this, the bed was comfortable, and the room was generally clean. If you're looking for a basic, no-frills accommodation, this hotel might suffice, but don't expect a modern or luxurious experience.

Overall stay was good... Gymnasium just a bs ic equipment where access is upon request

Room was not given as per booked due to occupancy. The window view was an air well. Basic room. Ok for one night stay.

Warm hospitality from staff. Pool was good with nice view. But few parking lots are available & hotel does not offer free parking.

Reasonable price. Cozy room. I got free 1 package Dinner during my stay. Breakfast many choice. Near Suria Sabah Mall.

My room is big with a living room & dry kitchen. Quite nice & comfortable for the family. Thumbs up for the receptionist for assisting me to change my room from city view to wonderful south china sea seaview (as requested early on upon reservation) I had the chance to bring my lovely daughter to use swim pool facility at level 25 and the breakfast menu is not too bad. At night we have enjoy our night movie at Suria Shopping mall which is only 5-10mins walk from hotel. The hotel is nearby to major hotspot/attractive tourist location such as shopping mall, local stall dishes and jetty. Will come again for our next staycation.

Room space is very tiny compared to hotel sixty3 which we hv stayed for first 2 nights. Location not as good as 63. So for the space and location with higher price than 63, I won’t recommend this hotel. Only plus side for this hotel is the pool, which I don’t like it either. Haha

Good for money Hotel 1. Location = Great (Centre of town) 2. Check in = Ok, can do better if they can tell us which view that we want during check-in as there 3 choices, sea view, hill view or blocked view (aka no view at all) 3. Room cleanliness = Great 4. Room size = Just ok. Feel a bit small. Also a small bathroom…careful with the door as it will ‘clash’ each other if not open carefully. 5. Room view = just ok as only get hill view 6. Breakfast = just ok as less options/ spread. Taste just ok. 7. Swimming pool = at rooftop, view of the sea. Great Overall value for money. You pay as it is for the quality and services. If got extra budget/ money, there better Hotel at KK.

Good place to stay, very good city and sea view i had. I ask for do not disturb, the hotel even give me a card stating they could not do the housekeeping as i ask for privacy, very considerate, the same street also got a restaurant named Gaya restaurant for vegetarian, very convenient, looking forward for the next stay.

1st time stay in Mercure Hotel. Great location, my room is seaview, room is clean and thats one thing ohter hotel never have.. Room got its own filtered drinking water 👍 Easy to get food and its 5 minutes only walking to Jesselton Point 👍 Breakfast is ok.

I was travelling for a short work trip. The room was clean and neat. Located near to malls, stores and other attractions. Grab rides are easy and quick to hire. No designated parking, if you are travelling with ur own car, parking slots nearby under municipal. Breakfast, in my case, sahur was okay. Enough variety of food. Filtered water is available. Nice no more bottles in room

Worst breakfast selections ever. They serve the food that was left from last nights restaurant dinner. Under staffed and food is not appetizing. The room is okay, they do not serve bottled water. Instead they have filtered faucet water for drinking. Not very wise.

Nice and modern hotel, however it’ll be better if hotel provides car parking
