Overall the hotel is decent and well maintained.

Good reception service. Staff is always polite. Room is clean and room attendant Ersy Eresia, did a good job cleaning and replenishing my room.

This hotel is well maintained. The only shortfall is the internet is very slow. Hope can improve it as soon as possible. Hope can replace the aircon control switch so that easier to adjust the room temperature.

Lovely staff, excellent hotel with great location. Many shops are near and within walking distance. Shopping malls, local food around as well as the main jetty where we were heading for our diving trip.

Good location, not too busy. The carpet need some serious cleaning though. Or better replace with new ones. Fitness room would be a welcome addition in the future. For sure will stay here in the future.

The room were spacious and spotless, with great deco (honeymoon deco was requested) which I was so surprised! It was so beautiful and unique. Thanks to Selviannah for the great deco. The staffs were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable during our stay. Definitely will come back again. Not to mention the breakfast menu. It got variety of foods and so yummy. Not the best in KK but still very much better than any hotel with the same rate as Shangri La Bandaran Berjaya. The view of the hill was amazing n peaceful. Thanks again! #shangri-la

Was here many times. But this time I got room on 10th floor. Nice view facing the KK City. The room air con was not cold and the maintenance in charge came up to check after make a complaint. The room was finally in comfortable condition after 2 hours. I hope the management must do something quickly about it so that it won't happen to the next guest. If not then Shangri-La would bear a bad reputation.
