This is a condominium rental. (Private accommodation?) The location is about a 4-minute walk from Jesetung Kee. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. It takes about 15 minutes to get there by Grab from the airport at around 9pm, and costs RM11. I was very worried that the building name was not listed on various websites and Grab would not be able to get there, but there was no problem at all. Grab shows "Jesetung Kee City Pad Tower 2" (in Japanese) as the pick-up and drop-off point. If you set your destination to "Jesetung Kee City Pad Tower 2", they will take you to the elevator hall of the condominium. If you are at Tower 1, the entrance is on the opposite side of the building. I was worried about checking in, but you go to the mailbox on the top floor, open the mailbox with the specified number there with the specified PIN, and open the coded case there, and the key is inside. It was late at night, so it was difficult for my aging couple to see the numbers. . lol I took a picture with my smartphone, enlarged it, and set it (lol) and it opened without any problems. The room was a 2LDK, and I had ordered extra bath towels and other things from the hotel in advance using the What's up app, and they were all prepared. I recommend that you use the What's up app to contact the hotel while you're in Japan. (English or Chinese available) No matter how many nights you stay, there is no cleaning service, and if you order towels and toilet paper the day before through the app, they will prepare them in a paper bag outside your room while you are out the next day. (Cleaning is available for an additional fee, and there is a vacuum cleaner in the room) There are cutting boards, knives, plates, etc., so you can buy tropical fruits to eat in your room, or buy bread to have coffee when you leave early in the morning. It was nice to have a kitchen. It was difficult to figure out how to get hot water in the shower, so it took a while, but hot water came out and there was no problem. They send you a PDF the day before with information on how to check in, how to get hot water, and nearby shops. I was able to ask what I wanted right away through What's Up, and the response was very fast, so it was very helpful during my stay. I got a sea view room, so it was nice to be able to relax while looking at the sea in the morning! There were many shops in the building, including several 24-hour convenience stores, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Malaysian restaurants, and several cafes, so it was helpful not to have to go far. I was worried about whether I could buy water, especially since I checked in late at night, but there was no problem at all. Most of the shops were able to pay by card. At night, food stalls are set up in the vacant lot on the sea side across the road from the condominium (the parking lot of Jessetonkee?), where you can enjoy local food. The pool was closed from around 12:00 to around 16:00 for cleaning, and was open in the morning and after 16:00, and it was quite crowded because everyone came to use it at the same time. As for the cleanliness of the rooms, from a Japanese perspective, the construction of the building was poor, so I would not recommend it for those who are sensitive about such things. However, I would recommend this place to those who want to stay with their family in a relaxed and fun atmosphere, and who value value for money.
